Bursting with scents of dried fruits, white cherries, beeswax and spices, the wine is full-bodied, broad and fleshy, with Pinot Noir phenolics only amplifying the chalky, mineral signature that defines the V.O. - making for a remarkably vinous, gastronomic Champagne.(The Wine Advocate, Aug 31, 2019) ºÏÇݾú¤²È¤ÎµðÀ± ¥¸¥ã¥Ã¥¯ ¥»¥í¥¹ Jacques Selosse ¥¸¥ã¥Ã¥¯¡¦¥»¥í¥¹¤Ï¥Ó¥ª¥Ç¥£¥Ê¥ßÇÀË¡¤òȯŸ¤µ¤»¤¿¥«¥ê¥¹¥Þ¤Ç¤¹¡£ ¥»¥í¥¹¤ÎȪ¤Î¼ù¤Î³èÎϤä¥Ö¥É¥¦¤Î½ÏÀ®¤ÏÊÌʪ¤Ç¤¹¡£ ¥Ö¥ë¥´¡¼¥Ë¥å¤Ç³Ø¤Ó¡¢Ã®¤ò»È¤¦¾ú¤ˡ¤ò´°À®¤µ¤»¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ °ì¼¡È¯¹Ú¤âÆó¼¡È¯¹Ú¤âÌîÀ¸¹ÚÊì¤ò»ÈÍѤ·¤Þ¤¹¡£ ͵¡Åª¤ÊºÏÇÝ¡¢Ã®¤Ë¤è¤ë¾ú¤¡¢¥½¥ì¥é¥·¥¹¥Æ¥à¡¢Ã±°ìȪ¤Î¥¥å¥ô¥§¡Ä¡Ä¿¤¯¤Î¥°¥í¡¼¥ï¡¼¤¬Èà¤ÎÇØÃæ¤òÄɤ¤¤«¤±¡¢¥Æ¥í¥ï¡¼¥ë¤òɽ¸½¤¹¤ëÊý¸þ¤Ë¸þ¤«¤¤¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ Èà¤Û¤ÉÂ礤ʱƶÁ¤òÍ¿¤¨¡¢¼ã¤¤Â¤¤ê¼ê¤ò¿¨È¯¤·¤¿¥°¥í¡¼¥ï¡¼¤Ï¤¤¤Þ¤»¤ó¡£ ÁíÀ¸»ºÎÌ5000¥±¡¼¥¹¼å¤Î¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¡¼¥Ë¥å¤Ï¡¢À¤³¦Ãæ¤Çõ¤·µá¤á¤é¤ì¡¢¥×¥ì¥ß¥¢¥à²Á³Ê¤ò¤Ä¤±¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥¸¥ã¥Ã¥¯ ¥»¥í¥¹ °ìÍ÷¤Ø ¥¸¥ã¥Ã¥¯ ¥»¥í¥¹ ¥í¥¼ NV ¥¸¥ã¥Ã¥¯¥»¥í¥¹ Jacques Selosse Rose ¥Õ¥é¥ó¥¹ ¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¥ó ¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¡¼¥Ë¥å[¤Î¤³¤ê1ËÜ] 168,000 円

The wine explodes from the glass with an exotic, liqueur-like expression of rich, ripe fruit. Warm oxidative and honeyed tones add complexity as this large-scaled, dramatic Champagne opens up in the glass. This is an especially rich version of Contraste, most likely owing to the presence of 2003 juice. Ideally, Contraste is a wine best enjoyed at the dinner table, where its decidedly vinous qualities will be best appreciated. Going forward, Selosse has decided to vinify and age the Ay and Ambonnay parcels separately. It will be fascinating to see how those wines develop. They were highly promising when I last tasted them from barrel about a year ago. Sadly, Contraste is not available in the US, although I hope that will change soon, as I am one of the wine's biggest fans. Disgorged December 3, 2008. Where do I start? Everything about the wine is sensational from start to finish. An endless array of crushed rocks, minerals and bright citrus emerges from this intensely pointed, chiseled Champagne. The elegance, though, is really in the texture. The wine has acquired an element of vinosity over the years, with the tiniest and finest of bubbles and simply extraordinary finesse. It is a wine of mind-blowing purity and breathtaking elegance. Simply put, wine does not get better than this. It's full-bodied, tensile and searingly chalky, but this concentrated and intense wine's racy spine of acidity is beautifully integrated. This was the first blend Lécaillon presided over as a Roederer employee - three years before he was appointed chef des caves in 1999 - and it was clearly a harbinger of great things to come. Concluding with an intensely sapid finish, the 2013 isn't as overtly structured as the muscular, tightly wound 2012: rather, it's the 2013's alliance of cut and flesh, precision and charm that's so compelling this year. This is another banner vintage for what I consider the reigning champion of the region's tête de cuvée bottlings, and it will be worth an effort to acquire.(April 2021 Week 2, The Wine Advocate, 16th Apr 2021) ¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¡¼¥Ë¥å¤ÎºÇ¹âÊö¤ËΩ¤Ä¥á¥¾¥ó ¥ë¥¤ ¥í¥Ç¥ì¡¼¥ë Louis Roederer ¥ë¥¤¡¦¥í¥Ç¥ì¡¼¥ë¤¬À¤³¦¤ÎºÇ¹âÊö¤ËΩ¤Ä¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¡¼¥Ë¥å¤Î¥á¥¾¥ó¤Ç¤¢¤ë¤³¤È¤Ï´Ö°ã¤¤¤¢¤ê¤Þ¤»¤ó¡£ ¥É¥ó¡¦¥Ú¥ê¥Ë¥è¥ó¡¢¥¯¥ê¥å¥Ã¥°¡¢¥Ý¥ë¡¦¥í¥¸¥§¤Ê¤É¤Î¥é¥¤¥Ð¥ë¤Ï¸ºß¤·¤Þ¤¹¤¬¡¢Ç¯»º100ËüËܶᤤµ¬ÌϤǡ¢¥Î¥ó¥ô¥£¥ó¥Æ¡¼¥¸¤«¤é¥×¥ì¥¹¥Æ¥£¡¼¥¸¥å¤Þ¤Ç¹â¤¤ÉʼÁ¤òÊݤäƤ¤¤ë¤Î¤Ï¥ë¥¤¡¦¥í¥Ç¥ì¡¼¥ë°Ê³°¤¢¤ê¤Þ¤»¤ó¡£ Ȫ¤ÎȾʬ¤Ï¥Ó¥ª¥Ç¥£¥Ê¥ß¤ÇºÏÇݤ·¡¢¹Ìºî¤Ë¤ÏÇϤâ»ÈÍѤ·¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ Ȫ¤ÎȾʬ¤¬¥Ó¥ª¥í¥¸¥Ã¥¯¤Îǧ¾Ú¤òÆÀ¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¡¼¥Ë¥å¤ÏåÌÌ©¤Ê¾ú¤µ»½Ñ¤òµá¤á¤é¤ì¤Þ¤¹¤¬¡¢ÁǺà¤È¤Ê¤ë¥Ö¥É¥¦¤¬Í¥¤ì¤Æ¤¤¤Ê¤±¤ì¤ÐÏäϻϤޤê¤Þ¤»¤ó¡£ ¥ë¥¤¡¦¥í¥Ç¥ì¡¼¥ë¤Î¤¹¤Ù¤Æ¤Î¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¡¼¥Ë¥å¤Ë¶¦Ä̤¹¤ëÆ©ÌÀ´¶¤Ï¡¢¥Ó¥ª¥Ç¥£¥Ê¥ß¤«¤é¤¯¤ë¤Î¤Ç¤¹¡£ ¥ë¥¤ ¥í¥Ç¥ì¡¼¥ë °ìÍ÷¤Ø ¥ë¥¤ ¥í¥Ç¥ì¡¼¥ë ¥¯¥ê¥¹¥¿¥ë ¥í¥¼ 2013 ¥ë¥¤¥í¥Ç¥ì¡¼¥ë ¥ë¥¤¡¦¥í¥Ç¥ì¡¼¥ë Louis Roederer Cristal Rose ¥Õ¥é¥ó¥¹ ¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¥ó ¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¡¼¥Ë¥å 143,000 円

All of the classic Krug elements are there; the signature bouquet, the finesse of the best Clos du Mesnils, but with the broader shoulders of Pinot from Ambonnay. The fruit is intricately layered in sublime, graceful notes of mineral-infused, perfumed berries that linger on the eternal finish. Totally rich and seductive, the 1995 Clos d¡ÇAmbonnay is a wine that will stimulate the intellectual and hedonistic senses to the maximum. In a word, it is divine. The 1995 Clos d¡ÇAmbonnay is hard to resist today, but it should continue to develop positively in bottle for a number of years. The only problem is the $3,500 price tag, which means the wine will only be enjoyed by an elite few. No disgorgement date provided. While its produced from purchased grapes, Prevost farms some of the sites and determines the date of harvest and sorting, though he told me that the average yield is naturally a touch higher than in his own vineyards.(End of March 2021, The Wine Advocate 1st Apr 2021) ¡ØµðÀ±¥¢¥ó¥»¥ë¥à¡¦¥»¥í¥¹¤ÎÄï»Ò¡Ù¤ÇÀ¤³¦¤¬Ç§¤á¤ë¥à¥Ë¥¨¤ÎºÏÇݾú¤²È ¥¸¥§¥í¡¼¥à ¥×¥ì¥ô¥©¡¼ Jerome Prevost ¥¸¥§¥í¡¼¥à¡¦¥×¥ì¥ô¥©¡½¤Ï¥¢¥ó¥»¥ë¥à¡¦¥»¥í¥¹¤ÎºÇ¤âÀµÅý¤Ê·Ñ¾µ¼Ô¤Î°ì¿Í¤Ç¤¹¡£ ¤·¤«¤·¡¢¿ô¿¤¤Äï»Ò¤ÎÃæ¤ÇºÇ¤âÃÏÀª¤Ë·Ã¤Þ¤ì¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤»¤ó¡£ ¥é¥ó¥¹¤ÎË̤ˤ¢¤ë¥°¡¼Â¼¤Î¡¢¤¹¤°ÏƤòĶ¹â®Îó¼ÖTGV¤¬Áö¤êÈ´¤±¤ë¤è¤¦¤Ê¾®¤µ¤ÊȪ¤ò¹Ì¤·¤Þ¤¹¡£ Æõé¤Ç¤â°ìµé¤Ç¤â¤Ê¤¤¡¢³ÊÉÕ¤±85¡ó¡£ ¥Á¥ç¡¼¥¯¡ÊÇò°¡¡Ë¤Ç¤Ï¤Ê¤¯¡¢º½¤ÎÉ⤽Ф¿ÅÚ¾í¡£ ¥à¥Ë¥¨100¡ó¡£ ¥¬¥ì¡¼¥¸¤Î¤è¤¦¤Ë¶¹¤¤¾ú¤½ê¡£ ¤É¤ì¤ò¤È¤Ã¤Æ¤â²Ú¤ä¤«¤µ¤È¤Ï̵±ï¤Ç¤¹¡£ ¤½¤ì¤æ¤¨¤Ë¡¢¥»¥í¥¹¤Îů³Ø¤ò¤«¤ß¤¯¤À¤¡¢¼«¤é¤ËÍ¿¤¨¤é¤ì¤¿Èª¤Ç¡¢¤Ç¤¤ë¤À¤±¤Î¤³¤È¤ò¤·¤Æ¤¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ 1987ǯ¤Ë21ºÐ¤Î¼ã¤µ¤Ç¡¢ÁÄÊì¤Î2¡¦2¥Ø¥¯¥¿¡¼¥ë¤Î¥°¥¨¤ÎȪ¤ò¼õ¤±·Ñ¤®¡¢1998ǯ¤Ë¥»¥í¥¹¤Î¸®Àè¤ò¼Ú¤ê¤Æ½é¤á¤Æ¤Î¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¡¼¥Ë¥å¤ò»Å¹þ¤ß¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ Ť¤Í¾±¤¤ÈµðÂç¤Ê¥¨¥Í¥ë¥®¡¼¤òÈë¤á¤¿¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¥ó¥¸¥§¥í¡¼¥à ¥×¥ì¥ô¥©¡½¤Î¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¥ó¤Ë¤Ï¶ÛÄ¥´¶¤òȼ¤¦Éʳʤ¬¤¢¤ê¤Þ¤¹¡£ »À¤È²Ì¼ÂÌ£¤ÈË¢¤¬ÁÔÎï¤Ê¥Ï¡¼¥â¥Ë¡¼¤òÁդǤޤ¹¡£ ¤¦¤Þ¤ß¤ò´Þ¤à;±¤¤ÏŤ¯¡¢¥È¥í¥ê¤È¤·¤¿±ÕÂΤϵðÂç¤Ê¥¨¥Í¥ë¥®¡¼¤òÈë¤á¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ °ì¿Í¤ÇȪ¤ò¹Ì¤·¡¢¥ï¥¤¥ó¤ò¹â¤ß¤Ë²¡¤·¾å¤²¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ ´ðËÜ¡¢Ã±°ìȪ¤Î¥Ö¥É¥¦¤ò¡¢Ã±°ìǯ¤Ç»Å¹þ¤ß¤Þ¤¹¡£ ½ÏÀ®´ü´Ö¤¬Ã»¤¤¤Î¤Ç¡¢¾¯¤·¿²¤«¤»¤Æ¤«¤é¤ª°û¤ß¤¤¤¿¤À¤¤¿¤¤¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¥ó¤Ç¤¹¡£ ¥¸¥§¥í¡¼¥à ¥×¥ì¥ô¥©¡¼ °ìÍ÷¤Ø ¥¸¥§¥í¡¼¥à ¥×¥ì¥ô¥©¡¼ ¥é ¥¯¥í¥º¥ê¡¼ ¡õ ¥¨¥¯¥¹¥È¥é ¥Ö¥ê¥å¥Ã¥È LC18 NV Jerome Prevost La Closerie & Extra Brut LC18 ¥Õ¥é¥ó¥¹ ¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¥ó ¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¡¼¥Ë¥å 59,800 円

This bottle, tasted at the cellars in Reims, was among the best I've encountered to date; but between the chiseled muscularity of the Clos du Mesnil and the complexity and plenitude of the 164ème Édition of Grande Cuvée, the vintage itself simply seems less compelling and complete. Offering up aromas of citrus oil, freshly baked bread, orange zest, dried white flowers and a discreet hint of buttered toast, it's medium to full-bodied, racy and saline, with a pretty pinpoint mousse and a tightly wound core. Will it unfurl with time to reveal more mid-palate volume and authority, or will it remain a comparatively lean, understated vintage for Krug? As ever, time will tell, and given the house's track record I certainly wouldn't be surprised to see the 2008 take flight with more time on cork.(Issue 261 End of June 2022, The Wine Advocate, 1st Jul 2022) ¡Ö¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¥ó¤ÎÄ벦¡×°û¤à¤¿¤Ó¤Ë¤¢¤ëȯ¸«¤È¤¤é¤á¤¯´¶Æ° ¥¯¥ê¥å¥Ã¥° Krug 1843ǯ¤Ë¥è¥Ï¥ó¡á¥è¥¼¥Õ¡¦¥¯¥ê¥å¥Ã¥°¤Ë¤è¤Ã¤ÆÀßΩ¤µ¤ì¤¿Í³½ï¤¢¤ë¥á¥¾¥ó¤Ç¤¹¡£ ¥¯¥ê¥å¥Ã¥°¤Ï¤½¤Îǯ¤Î250¶è²è¤Î¥ï¥¤¥ó¤ÈËÄÂç¤Ê¥ê¥¶¡¼¥Ö¥ï¥¤¥ó¥é¥¤¥Ö¥é¥ê¡¼¤Ë¤¢¤ë¡¢°Û¤Ê¤ë14ǯʬ¤Î150¶è²è¤Î¥ï¥¤¥ó¤È¥Ö¥ì¥ó¥É¤Îµ»½Ñ¤òÁȤ߹ç¤ï¤»¡¢¥¯¥ê¥å¥Ã¥° ¥°¥é¥ó¥É¡¦¥¥å¥ô¥§¤ÎÀ¸»º¤È¡¢¤¹¤Ù¤Æ¤Î¥¯¥ê¥å¥Ã¥° ¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¡¼¥Ë¥å¤ÎÈþ¡¢É½¸½¡¢¥¨¥ì¥¬¥ó¥¹¤ò¼Â¸½¤¹¤ë¤Î¤ËɬÍפʻþ´Ö¤òÀäÂÐŪ¤Ëº½Å¤·¡¢ËèǯºÇ¹â¤Î¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¡¼¥Ë¥å¤ò¤¤ê¤¢¤²¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥¯¥ê¥å¥Ã¥° °ìÍ÷¤Ø ¥¯¥ê¥å¥Ã¥° ¥ô¥£¥ó¥Æ¡¼¥¸ 2008 ¥®¥Õ¥È¥Ü¥Ã¥¯¥¹ Krug Vintage ¥Õ¥é¥ó¥¹ ¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¥ó ¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¡¼¥Ë¥å 148,000 円

Unwinding in the glass with scents of waxy citrus peel, almonds, white flowers, mandarin orange and crisp green apple, it's medium to full-bodied, elegantly muscular and vinous, with a textural attack that segues into a characteristically electric, chiseled and intensely concentrated mid-palate, concluding with a penetrating, searingly mineral finish. Almond in frangipane guise along with pistachio extract and rowan, iris and gentian reinforce an alluring illusion of sweetness as well as of complexly wafting perfume; and a faint, noble suggestion of mushroom lends unanticipated savor. Predictably for its vintage, this buoyant, transparent, polished bottling finishes with more nuances than one can find mineral descriptors for, but chalk, smoke and salt - while pretty obvious - allude at least imperfectly to a spellbindingly sustained sense of interactive and intriguing if illusive nuances all set within an infectiously juicy and mouthwateringly savory context. Plan to follow this beauty - lucky few who can both find it and afford it - for another 6-8 years.(The Wine Advocate, Nov 30, 2013) ºÏÇݾú¤²È¤ÎµðÀ± ¥¸¥ã¥Ã¥¯ ¥»¥í¥¹ Jacques Selosse ¥¸¥ã¥Ã¥¯¡¦¥»¥í¥¹¤Ï¥Ó¥ª¥Ç¥£¥Ê¥ßÇÀË¡¤òȯŸ¤µ¤»¤¿¥«¥ê¥¹¥Þ¤Ç¤¹¡£ ¥»¥í¥¹¤ÎȪ¤Î¼ù¤Î³èÎϤä¥Ö¥É¥¦¤Î½ÏÀ®¤ÏÊÌʪ¤Ç¤¹¡£ ¥Ö¥ë¥´¡¼¥Ë¥å¤Ç³Ø¤Ó¡¢Ã®¤ò»È¤¦¾ú¤ˡ¤ò´°À®¤µ¤»¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ °ì¼¡È¯¹Ú¤âÆó¼¡È¯¹Ú¤âÌîÀ¸¹ÚÊì¤ò»ÈÍѤ·¤Þ¤¹¡£ ͵¡Åª¤ÊºÏÇÝ¡¢Ã®¤Ë¤è¤ë¾ú¤¡¢¥½¥ì¥é¥·¥¹¥Æ¥à¡¢Ã±°ìȪ¤Î¥¥å¥ô¥§¡Ä¡Ä¿¤¯¤Î¥°¥í¡¼¥ï¡¼¤¬Èà¤ÎÇØÃæ¤òÄɤ¤¤«¤±¡¢¥Æ¥í¥ï¡¼¥ë¤òɽ¸½¤¹¤ëÊý¸þ¤Ë¸þ¤«¤¤¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ Èà¤Û¤ÉÂ礤ʱƶÁ¤òÍ¿¤¨¡¢¼ã¤¤Â¤¤ê¼ê¤ò¿¨È¯¤·¤¿¥°¥í¡¼¥ï¡¼¤Ï¤¤¤Þ¤»¤ó¡£ ÁíÀ¸»ºÎÌ5000¥±¡¼¥¹¼å¤Î¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¡¼¥Ë¥å¤Ï¡¢À¤³¦Ãæ¤Çõ¤·µá¤á¤é¤ì¡¢¥×¥ì¥ß¥¢¥à²Á³Ê¤ò¤Ä¤±¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥¸¥ã¥Ã¥¯ ¥»¥í¥¹ °ìÍ÷¤Ø ¥¸¥ã¥Ã¥¯ ¥»¥í¥¹ ¥ß¥ì¥¸¥à 2002 ¥é¥Ù¥ëÉÔÎÉ ¥¸¥ã¥Ã¥¯¥»¥í¥¹ Jacques Selosse Millesime ¥Õ¥é¥ó¥¹ ¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¥ó ¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¡¼¥Ë¥å 448,000 円
