Soaring from the glass with aromas of cherries, cassis and plums mingled with rose petals, sweet soils tones, exotic spices and a discreet patina of creamy new oak, it's full-bodied, fleshy and textural, with huge depth and concentration, lively acids and ripe, powdery tannins. Multidimensional and complete, it's one of the great wines of the vintage. "In the vats, the grapes smelled just like the 2005 vintage," Tremblay reminisces, "and I was determined to do a better job than I did in 2005, and to have more fun doing it." While I would recommend readers to exercise additional patience with the 2015, I can't say I have followed my own advice, as I have already drunk two bottles of this wine this year.(June 2022 Week 1, The Wine Advocate, 10th Jun 2022)

Production of 2013 and 2014 was skipped, and the next vintage we shall see (very soon) is 2015, which is also reviewed in this report. This vintage produced large berry sizes for Sangiovese - something Bibi Graetz is always happy to see because it is an indicator of elegance and finesse within the context of the house style. If you consider this wine, his observation makes perfect sense. This warm vintage is powerful and rich in its natural state, so any additional berry density might easily lead to overextraction and heaviness. However, the mouthfeel is objectively thinner and more compact in this vintage. Colore represents a blend of Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Colorino in equal parts. The bouquet is redolent of wild berry, dried cherry and toasted spice. This vintage offers a very attractive mineral note as well. Fruit is selected from three of Bibi Graetz's favorite vineyards with ancient vines: Lamole (in Chianti Classico), Vincigliata and Siena. There's terrific richness and plenty of intensity, but the Joy Road feels a bit compact, as if the balance in the vineyard is not totally dialed in just yet.(Vinous, January 2023) ¥Ê¥Ñ¤ò¸£°ú¤¹¤ë¥È¥Ã¥×¥³¥ó¥µ¥ë¥¿¥ó¥È¤Î¼«¼Ò¥Ö¥é¥ó¥É ¥ê¥ô¥¡¡¼¥¹ ¥Þ¥ê¡¼ Rivers Marie ¥Ê¥Ñ¥ô¥¡¥ì¡¼¤Ë¤Ï»þÂå¤ò¸£°ú¤¹¤ë¥³¥ó¥µ¥ë¥Æ¥£¥ó¥°¡¦¥ï¥¤¥ó¥á¡¼¥«¡¼¤¬¸½¤ì¤Æ¤Ï¾Ã¤¨¤Þ¤¹¤¬¡¢¸½ºß¡¢ºÇ¤âÍ¥¤ì¤Æ¤¤¤ë¤Î¤¬¥È¡¼¥Þ¥¹¡¦¥ê¥ô¥¡¡¼¥¹¡¦¥Ö¥é¥¦¥ó¤Ç¤¢¤ë¤³¤È¤Ë°ÛµÄ¤ò¾§¤¨¤ë¥×¥í¤Ï¤¤¤Ê¤¤¤Ç¤·¤ç¤¦¡£ 20¼Ò¤òĶ¤¹¥ï¥¤¥Ê¥ê¡¼¤ò¼ê³Ý¤±¡¢20²ó¤òĶ¤¹¥Ñ¡¼¥«¡¼¥Ý¥¤¥ó¥È100ÅÀ¤ò³ÍÆÀ¤·¤Æ¤¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ 1990ǯÂå¡¢¥«¥ê¥¹¥È¥¬¤Ë¤¢¤Ã¤¿ÅÁÀâŪ¤Ê¡Ö¥ª¡¼¥ë¡¦¥·¡¼¥º¥ó¥º¡¦¥ï¥¤¥ó¥·¥ç¥Ã¥×¡×¤Ç¡¢¥¥¹¥é¡¼¡¢¥Ø¥ì¥ó¡¦¥¿¡¼¥ê¡¼¡¢¥Þ¡¼¥¯¡¦¥ª¥Ù¡¼¥ë¤é¤È¶¦¤Ë¥È¥Ã¥×¡¦¥Ö¥ë¥´¡¼¥Ë¥å¤ò»î°û¤·¤Æ¡¢·Ð¸³¤òÃߤ¨¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ ¤½¤¦¤·¤¿Ãæ¤Ç½Ð²ñ¤Ã¤¿±ï¤Ç¡¢¥·¥å¥ì¡¼¥À¡¼¡¦¥»¥é¡¼¥º¤Î¥³¥ó¥µ¥ë¥Æ¥£¥ó¥°¤ò»Ï¤á¤Æ¡¢Ì¾Á°¤ò¾å¤²¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ ¥«¥Ù¥ë¥Í¡¦¥½¡¼¥ô¥£¥Ë¥è¥ó¤Î̾¼ê¤Ç¤¹¤¬¡¢ËÜÅö¤Ë¹¥¤¤Ê¤Î¤Ï¥Ô¥Î¡¦¥Î¥ï¡¼¥ë¡£ ºÊ¤Î¥Þ¥ê¡¼¤È¶¦¤ËÉ׺ʤÎ̾Á°¤ò´§¤·¤¿¥ê¥ô¥¡¡¼¥¹¡¦¥Þ¥ê¡¼¤ò2002ǯ¤Ë»Ï¤á¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ ¥¢¥ë¥Þ¥ó¡¦¥ë¥½¡¼¤ÎÂç¥Õ¥¡¥ó¤À¤±¤¢¤Ã¤Æ¡¢¥ª¥Ù¡¼¥ë¤ä¥Þ¡¼¥«¥Ã¥µ¥ó¤È¤Ï°ìÌ£°ã¤¦¡¢ÆüËܿͤÎÌ£³Ð¤Ë¹ç¤¦¥Ö¥ë¥´¡¼¥Ë¥å¡¦¥¹¥¿¥¤¥ë¤Î¥¨¥ì¥¬¥ó¥È¤Ê¥Ô¥Î¡¦¥Î¥ï¡¼¥ë¤Ç¤¹¡£ ¥½¥Î¥Þ¡¦¥³¡¼¥¹¥È¤ÇºÇ¤âÎäÎäÊÃ϶è¤Î1¤Ä¤Ç¡¢¥¹¥Æ¥£¡¼¥Ö¡¦¥¥¹¥é¡¼¤¬²È²¤Ç¡Ö¥ª¥¯¥·¥Ç¥ó¥¿¥ë¡×¤òÀ¸»º¤¹¤ë¥ª¥¯¥·¥Ç¥ó¥¿¥ëÃ϶è¤ÎȪ¤ä¡¢¥¦¥£¥ê¥¢¥à¥º¡¦¥»¥ê¥¨¥à¤¬Í̾¤Ë¤·¤¿ÅÁÀâŪ¤Ê¥¹¡¼¥Þ¡¦¥ô¥£¥ó¥ä¡¼¥É¤Ê¤É¤«¤é¡¢¥¨¥¥¹¤¬¶Å½Ì¤·¤Æ¤¤¤Ê¤¬¤é¤â¥Õ¥ì¥Ã¥·¥å¤Ê¥Ô¥Î¡¦¥Î¥ï¡¼¥ë¤òÀ¸»º¤·¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥·¥ã¥ë¥É¥Í¤â¥Æ¥£¥¨¥ê¥ª¤ä¥¸¥ç¥¤¡¦¥í¡¼¥É¤«¤é¥Ö¥ë¥´¡¼¥Ë¥å¤È¸«Ê¶¤¦¤è¤¦¤Ê¥ï¥¤¥ó¤ò¤¤Ã¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥ê¥ô¥¡¡¼¥¹ ¥Þ¥ê¡¼ °ìÍ÷¤Ø

In this case, fruit comes from the Lamole area with vineyards at a high 600 meters above sea level. Some are south-facing but high up on the mountain. As Bibi explains: ¡ÈColore delivers power and freshness, whereas Testamatta delivers transparency and freshness.¡É The Colore shows the pure energy and liveliness of Sangiovese with violet, wild cherry and orange zest. The wine delivers an elegantly earthy side with a very delineated mouthfeel driven by very fine, silly tannins. This is a beautiful wine with delicately sweet cherry on the finish. Bibi has been making little changes to this wine over the years (other than giving it a new winery home in Fiesole) to capture an ideal or benchmark for Sangiovese. His 2021 is his best wine yet. Production is 35,000 bottles, which is slightly lower compared to the last vintage.(The Wine Advocate, Jun 01, 2023) ÃÏ°è¤Î¥Æ¥í¥ï¡¼¥ë¤ò¸«»ö¤ËÈ¿±Ç¤·¤¿¡¢Í£°ì̵Æó¤Î·Ý½ÑºîÉÊ ¥Ó¡¼¥Ó¡¼ ¥°¥é¡¼¥Ä Bibi Graetz ¥¢¡¼¥Æ¥£¥¹¥Æ¥£¥Ã¥¯¤Ê¥é¥Ù¥ë¤È¥¤¥¿¥ê¥¢¥È¥Ã¥×¥¯¥é¥¹¤ÎÉʼÁ¤ÇÈó¾ï¤Ë¿Íµ¤¤Î¹â¤¤¥Ó¡¼¥Ó¡¼¡¦¥°¥é¡¼¥Ä¡£ ¥Õ¥£¥ì¥ó¥Ä¥§¤Î·Ý½Ñ°ì²È¤ËÀ¸¤Þ¤ì¤¿¥Ó¡¼¥Ó¡¼¡¦¥°¥é¡¼¥Ä¤Ï¡¢¼«²È¾ÃÈñÍѤΥ磻¥ó¤¤ê¤ò¼êÅÁ¤¤»Ï¤á¤¿¤³¤È¤¬¤¤Ã¤«¤±¤Ç¡¢·Ý½ÑºîÉʤȤ·¤Æ¥ï¥¤¥ó¤ò¼ê³Ý¤±¤ë¤è¤¦¤Ë¤Ê¤ê¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ Èà¤Î¸Î¶¿¤Ø¤Î¶¯¤¤»×¤¤¤È¤½¤ÎÆÈÁÏÀ¤Ë¤è¤Ã¤Æ¡¢ÃÏ°è¤Î¥Æ¥í¥ï¡¼¥ë¤ò¸«»ö¤ËÈ¿±Ç¤·¤¿¡¢Í£°ì̵Æó¤Î¥ï¥¤¥ó¤òÀ¸¤ß½Ð¤·Â³¤±¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¤½¤Î¤¿¤á¤Ë¼è¤êÆþ¤ì¤Æ¤¤¤ë¤Î¤¬¡¢225L¤Îî¤ò½ÄÃÖ¤¤Ë¤·¡¢¤½¤Î¤Þ¤Þȯ¹Ú¤µ¤»¤ëÀ½Ë¡¤Ç¤¹¡£ ¤³¤¦¤¹¤ë¤³¤È¤Ç¡¢¥Ö¥É¥¦¤Î²ÌÈé¤Ë¤Ä¤¤¤¿ÌîÀ¸¹ÚÊì¤ò»È¤¦¤¿¤á¡¢ÅÚÃϤ½¤Î¤â¤Î¤ò¥ï¥¤¥ó¤Ëɽ¸½¤¹¤ë¤³¤È¤¬½ÐÍè¤ë¤Î¤Ç¤¹¡£ ¤³¤Î°ìÉ÷ÊѤï¤Ã¤¿Ã®È¯¹Ú¤ÎÊýË¡¤¬Â礤ÊÀ®¸ù¤ò¼ý¤á¡¢¥Ó¡¼¥Ó¡¼¡¦¥°¥é¡¼¥Ä¤Î¥ï¥¤¥Ê¥ê¡¼¤ò¾Ýħ¤¹¤ë¼êË¡¤È¤Ê¤Ã¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ·¿Çˤê¤ÊÊýË¡¤ÇÀ¸¤ß½Ð¤µ¤ì¤ë¥ï¥¤¥ó¤Ï¡¢¥¤¥¿¥ê¥¢¤Î¥ï¥¤¥ó¥¬¥¤¥É¡¢¥ô¥§¥í¥Í¥Ã¥ê¤Ë¤ª¤¤¤Æ¥¤¥¿¥ê¥¢Á´ÅÚ¤Ç3°Ì¤È¤¤¤¦²÷µó¡£ ¤Þ¤¿À¤³¦ºÇÂç¤Î¥ï¥¤¥ó¸«Ëܻԡ֥ô¥£¥Í¥¯¥¹¥Ý¡×¤Ë¤ª¤¤¤Æ¡¢¥Ö¥é¥¤¥ó¥É¥Æ¥¤¥¹¥Æ¥£¥ó¥°¤ò¹Ô¤Ã¤¿Ìó3ËüËܤΥ磻¥ó¤ÎÃ椫¤éNO.1¤ËÁª¤Ð¤ì¤ë¤Ê¤É¡¢À¤³¦³Æ¹ñ¤Ç¹â¤¤É¾²Á¤òÆÀ³¤±¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥Ó¡¼¥Ó¡¼»á¤Î¸ÅÌڤؤΰ¦¾ð¤Ë¤è¤ê¡¢¼ç¤ËºÏÇݤ¹¤ë¤Î¤Ï¥È¥¹¥«¡¼¥Ê¤ÎÅÚÃåÉʼï¤Ç¤¢¤ë¥µ¥ó¥¸¥ç¥ô¥§¡¼¥¼¡¢¥«¥Ê¥¤¥ª¡¼¥í¡¢¥³¥í¥ê¡¼¥Î¡£ Ȫ¤Ï¡¢¥¥ã¥ó¥Æ¥£¡¦¥¯¥é¥·¥³¤ÎÃæ¿´Éô¤Ë¤¢¤ëɸ¹â600m¤È400m¤Î¥é¥â¡¼¥ì¤È¥â¥ó¥Æ¥Õ¥£¡¼¥ê¡¢¥Õ¥£¥ì¥ó¥Ä¥§¶á¹Ù¤Îɸ¹â280m¤Ë°ÌÃÖ¤¹¤ë¥ô¥£¥ó¥Á¥ê¥¢¡¼¥¿¡¢¥Õ¥£¥ì¥ó¥Ä¥§¤ÎË̦¡¢¥ë¥Õ¥£¥Ê·Ìë¤ËÌ̤¹¤ë¥í¥ó¥À¡¢¤½¤·¤Æ¥È¥¹¥«¡¼¥ÊÆîÉô¡¢É¸¹â250m¤Î¥·¥¨¥Ê¤Ê¤É¡¢¥È¥¹¥«¡¼¥Ê¤ÎÍÍ¡¹¤ÊÃÏ°è¤Ë°ÌÃÖ¤·¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥Ó¡¼¥Ó¡¼»á¤Ï¸Å¤¤¥Ö¥É¥¦Èª¤Ë̥뤵¤ì¡¢¤½¤ÎÁ¡ºÙ¤µ¡¢¥¨¥ì¥¬¥ó¥¹¡¢¤½¤·¤Æ¤½¤³¤«¤éÀ¸¤Þ¤ì¤ë²Ì¼Â¤Î½ã¿è¤µ¤Ë¼æ¤«¤ì¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ º£¤Ç¤Ï¡¢¥Ó¡¼¥Ó¡¼¡¦¥°¥é¡¼¥Ä¤¬¡¢¥È¥¹¥«¡¼¥Ê¤ÇºÇÂç¤Î¸ÅÌڤΥ֥ɥ¦Èª¤Î¥³¥ì¥¯¥·¥ç¥ó¤Î¤Ò¤È¤Ä¤ò½êͤ·¡¢º£¤â¡¢¤Ö¤É¤¦Èª¤Î¼êÆþ¤ì¤ò¼«¤é¹Ô¤¤¤Ê¤¬¤é¡¢¿·¤·¤¤¥ï¥¤¥ó¤òÀ¸¤ß½Ð¤·¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ͺÂç¤Ê·Ê¿§¤ò»ý¤ÄÈþ¤·¤¤Èª¤ÇºÏÇݤµ¤ì¤¿¡¢¡Æ¥¢¡¼¥Æ¥£¥¹¥È¡Æ¥Ó¡¼¥Ó¡¼¡¦¥°¥é¡¼¥Ä¤¬Â¤¤ê½Ð¤¹³Ú±à¤ÎÀ¤³¦¤ò¤ª³Ú¤·¤ß¤¯¤À¤µ¤¤¡£ ¥Ó¡¼¥Ó¡¼ ¥°¥é¡¼¥Ä °ìÍ÷¤Ø

In 2021, the blend is 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Carmenere and 5% Merlot (no Cabernet Franc this year). It has a ripe and heady nose, with 14.68% alcohol (15% on the label), mellow acidity and intense notes of red peppers, ripe blackberries and cassis and some spiciness from the oak. It matured for one year in French barriques, only 10% new and 90% second use. It has a little less structure and softer tannins, making it more approachable than previous years, a profile that seems to be the signature of the year. It's medium to full-bodied with velvety, more polished tannins, and it is more delicate and less concentrated, with more finesse. But I find these quite homogeneous and regular, this year with no raisins or dehydrated grapes, and in this vintage, it feels open and expressive. 80,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in January 2023.(The Wine Advocate, Sep 01, 2023)

The 1998 La Romanée Grand Cru was a Bouchard Père et Fils bottling that came directly from their cellars for this tasting. It was picked on September 23. It has a dark cherry and mulberry-scented bouquet with equal fruité as the 1997, but without the same delineation or personality. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannin, but the problem here is that the oak seems a little dominant and shaves away the complexity on the finish. It has the substance to last another 15 to 20 years, though it is lacking charm. Tasted June 2015.(Interim - July 2015, The Wine Advocate, 31st Jul 2015)
