They planted this vineyard 12 years ago - it was previously planted to apple trees. They have subdivided this 50-hectare vineyard into 40 different plots. The soils are heterogeneous, and they don't use the stonier soil and also avoid the deeper soils; so, they do a selection, ferment with some stems by plot and then do the blend of some 15 different parts of the vineyard. In Sebastian Zuccardi's words, they deconstruct the vineyard and then build the wines from the block. This has a combination of the characteristics that are juicier and make you salivate and the limestone, trying to take the best from both worlds. It has some flowers and also iron and blood and is medium to full-bodied, with good ripeness and the house style of seriousness, balance and elegance within the natural power and intensity of the place. This also matured exclusively in concrete without epoxy coating, raw concrete. 11,900 bottles were filled in June 2020.(The Wine Advocate, Dec 01, 2022)

The vineyards enjoy unobstructed views all the way to the Tyrrhenian Sea (I think this is the only place in the appellation where you can see the water on a clear day). Fruit for the 2017 Brunello di Montalcino is sourced from the I Poggi parcel with thin galestro and alberese soils. There is a lot of fresh fruit here, and the tannins are quite soft and supple. Production is 38,000 bottles.(February 2022 Week 3, The Wine Advocate, 18th Feb 2022) ¹â¤¤É¾²Á¤ò¼õ¤±¤ë¥Ö¥ë¥Í¥Ã¥í ¥Ý¥Ã¥¸¥ç ¥¢¥ó¥Æ¥£¥³ Poggio Antico 1976ǯÁ϶ȤΥݥ帥硦¥¢¥ó¥Æ¥£¥³¤Ï¥â¥ó¥¿¥ë¥Á¡¼¥Î¼¤ÎÆî¡¢¤³¤ÎÃ϶è¤ÇºÇ¤â¹â¤¤¾ì½ê¡Êɸ¹âÌó500m¡Ë¤Ë°ÌÃÖ¤·¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥Ý¥Ã¥¸¥ç¡¦¥¢¥ó¥Æ¥£¥³¤ÎȪ¤«¤é¤Ï¡¢À¾¤Ë50km¤Û¤ÉÀè¤Ë¹¤¬¤ë¥Æ¥£¥ì¥Ë¥¢³¤¤¬Ë¾¤á¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥Æ¥£¥ì¥Ë¥¢³¤¤«¤é¿á¤¯É÷¤¬¼×¤é¤ì¤ë¤³¤È¤Ê¤¯¤³¤ÎµÖ¤ËÆϤ¯¤¿¤á¡¢¥Ý¥Ã¥¸¥ç¡¦¥¢¥ó¥Æ¥£¥³¤ÎȪ¤Ï½ë¤¤¥â¥ó¥¿¥ë¥Á¡¼¥Î¤ÎÃæ¤Ë¤¢¤Ã¤ÆÈæ³ÓŪÎäÎäǤ¹¡£ ÅÚ¾í¤ÏÀг¥¼Á¤Î´äÀФÈÅ¥³¥ÅÚ¤«¤é¤Ê¤ëº®¹çÅÚ¾í¡£ 35¥Ø¥¯¥¿¡¼¥ë¤ÎȪ¤ÏÅ°Ä줷¤¿ÃϼÁÄ´ºº¤Ë¤è¤ê¾®¶è²è¤Ëʬ¤±¤é¤ì¤Æ´ÉÍý¤µ¤ì¡¢¤½¤ì¤¾¤ì¤ËŬ¤·¤¿ºÏÇÝ¡¦¾ú¤¤¬¹Ô¤ï¤ì¤Þ¤¹¡£ ºÏÇݤÏ͵¡Åª¤Ê¼êË¡¤¬ºÎ¤é¤ì¡¢2020ǯ¤Ë¤Ï´°Á´¤Ë͵¡ÇÀË¡¤Øž´¹¤·¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ 1990ǯ¤Ë¤Ï1985¥ô¥£¥ó¥Æ¡¼¥¸¤ÇWine Spectator¤Î¡ÖTop100¡×¤Ç4°Ì¤Ë¥é¥ó¥¯¥¤¥ó¤¹¤ë¤Ê¤É¹â¤¤É¾²Á¤ò¼õ¤±¤Þ¤·¤¿¡¢¤Þ¤¿2012ǯ¤Ë¤ÏÅö»þ¤Î¥ª¥Ð¥ÞÂçÅýÎΤ¬¥Ù¥¤¥Ê¡¼²¼±¡µÄŤÎÃÂÀ¸Æü¥×¥ì¥¼¥ó¥È¤Ë¥Ý¥Ã¥¸¥ç¡¦¥¢¥ó¥Æ¥£¥³¤Î¥ï¥¤¥ó¤ò£¤Ã¤¿¤³¤È¤ÇÏÃÂê¤Ë¤Ê¤ê¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ Wine Advocate¡¢Wine Spectator¡¢James Suckling¤Ê¤É¤âÆä˶áǯ¤Ï¹â¤¯É¾²Á¤·¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥Ý¥Ã¥¸¥ç ¥¢¥ó¥Æ¥£¥³ °ìÍ÷¤Ø

The palate is medium-bodied with supple and quite lithe tannin. It has pretty dark cherry and black plum fruit, a keen line of acidity, and then a surprisingly strict and linear finish that suggests it will benefit from another three or four years in bottle.
