Toasty aromas meld into freshly cut flowers, apricots and pears, with sweet notes of mint and licorice that linger on the long finish. This perfumed, inviting Dom Perignon is elegance personified, and in this vintage the wine fully merits its lofty reputation. According to winemaker Vincent Chaperone there is only one disgorgement date for the first release of Dom Perignon, and the 2000 was disgorged over a period of weeks in March and April, 2007, 2007. On the palate, it's full-bodied, broad and textural, with a ripe and muscular core of fruit, ripe acids and fine concentration, concluding with a long and elegantly toasty finish. As I wrote earlier this year, this is a ripe and powerful Dom Pérignon that finds its closest stylistic analogy in the 1990 vintage, and it is considerably less evolved than the more tertiary 2000 P2 today. While the P2 is a bit drier and more precise on the finish than the original release, given the wine's slow evolution, the difference between the two is less pronounced than it has been for any vintage since 1996. Medium to full-bodied, layered and vinous, it's satiny and textural, with an enveloping core of fruit, superb concentration and incisive acids. Chiseled and penetrating, it concludes with a long, saline finish. If the 2018 was immediate and demonstrative, this has structure to burn with age, charming though it is out of the gates, and I'm inclined to nominate it Bouchard's finest Val Vilaine to date.(September 2021 Week 4, The Wine Advocate, 24th Sep 2021) À¤³¦¤òõ¤·¤Æ¤Ç¤â°û¤à²ÁÃͤ¬¤¢¤ë¡Ø¥í¡¼¥º¡¦¥É¡¦¥¸¥ã¥ó¥Ì¡Ù ¥»¥É¥ê¥Ã¥¯ ¥Ö¥·¥ã¡¼¥ë Cedric Bouchard ¥»¥É¥ê¥Ã¥¯¡¦¥Ö¥·¥ã¡¼¥ë¤Ïñ°ìȪ¤«¤é¡¢Ã±°ìÉʼï¤Ç¡¢Ã±°ìǯ¤Î¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¥ó¤ò¤¤ë¡¢¥³¡¼¥È¡¦¥Ç¡¦¥Ð¡¼¥ë¤ËËܵòÃϤòÃÖ¤¯¡¢¥Æ¥í¥ï¡¼¥ë¤òɽ¸½¤¹¤ëÍ¥¤ì¤¿Â¤¤ê¼ê¤Ç¤¹¡£ ÌîÀ¸¹ÚÊì¤Ë¤è¤ëȯ¹Ú¤Ï¿ô½µ´Ö¤«¤é¿ô¥ö·î¤Ë¤âµÚ¤Ó¡¢ ñ°ìȪ ¡¢Ã±°ìÉʼ ñ°ìǯ ¤Î¥¥å¥ô¥§¤·¤«Â¤¤é¤Ê¤¤Íýͳ¤«¤é¥¢¥Ã¥µ¥ó¥Ö¥é¡¼¥¸¥å¤Ï¹Ô¤¤¤Þ¤»¤ó¡£ µ¤°µ¤Ï4.5ÄøÅÙ¤ÈÄ㤯Éӵͤá¤Þ¤Ç6?7¤«·î´Ö¤Ï¥¹¥Æ¥ó¥ì¥¹¥¿¥ó¥¯¤Ç¿²¤«¤µ¤ì¤Þ¤¹¡£ ÉÓÆâ½ÏÀ®´ü´Ö¤Ï¤Û¤Ü3ǯ´Ö¡£ ²Ì¼Â¤Î½ã¿è¤µ¤È¥ß¥Í¥é¥ë´¶¤È˧½æ¤Ê¹á¤ê¡£ ¥»¥É¥ê¥Ã¥¯¡¦¥Ö¥·¥ã¡¼¥ë¤Î¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¥ó¤Ï´±Ç½À¤ò¤Þ¤È¤Ã¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ǯ»º·×1Ëü5000ËÜ¡£ ¥Ö¥ë¥´¡¼¥Ë¥å¤ä¥«¥ê¥Õ¥©¥ë¥Ë¥¢¤Î¥È¥Ã¥×À¸»º¼Ô¤Î¿¤¯¤¬Èà¤Î¥Õ¥¡¥ó¤Ç¤¹¡£ ¥»¥É¥ê¥Ã¥¯ ¥Ö¥·¥ã¡¼¥ë°ìÍ÷¤Ø ¥»¥É¥ê¥Ã¥¯ ¥Ö¥·¥ã¡¼¥ë ¥í¡¼¥º ¥É ¥¸¥ã¥ó¥Ì ¥³¡¼¥È ¥É ¥ô¥¡¥ë ¥ô¥£¥ì¡¼¥Ì ¥Ö¥é¥ó ¥É ¥Î¥ï¡¼¥ë 2019 Cedric Bouchard Roses de Jeanne Cote de Val Vilaine Blanc de Noirs ¥Õ¥é¥ó¥¹ ¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¥ó ¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¡¼¥Ë¥å 64,800 円

This bottle, tasted at the cellars in Reims, was among the best I've encountered to date; but between the chiseled muscularity of the Clos du Mesnil and the complexity and plenitude of the 164ème Édition of Grande Cuvée, the vintage itself simply seems less compelling and complete. Offering up aromas of citrus oil, freshly baked bread, orange zest, dried white flowers and a discreet hint of buttered toast, it's medium to full-bodied, racy and saline, with a pretty pinpoint mousse and a tightly wound core. Will it unfurl with time to reveal more mid-palate volume and authority, or will it remain a comparatively lean, understated vintage for Krug? As ever, time will tell, and given the house's track record I certainly wouldn't be surprised to see the 2008 take flight with more time on cork.(Issue 261 End of June 2022, The Wine Advocate, 1st Jul 2022) ¡Ö¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¥ó¤ÎÄ벦¡×°û¤à¤¿¤Ó¤Ë¤¢¤ëȯ¸«¤È¤¤é¤á¤¯´¶Æ° ¥¯¥ê¥å¥Ã¥° Krug 1843ǯ¤Ë¥è¥Ï¥ó¡á¥è¥¼¥Õ¡¦¥¯¥ê¥å¥Ã¥°¤Ë¤è¤Ã¤ÆÀßΩ¤µ¤ì¤¿Í³½ï¤¢¤ë¥á¥¾¥ó¤Ç¤¹¡£ ¥¯¥ê¥å¥Ã¥°¤Ï¤½¤Îǯ¤Î250¶è²è¤Î¥ï¥¤¥ó¤ÈËÄÂç¤Ê¥ê¥¶¡¼¥Ö¥ï¥¤¥ó¥é¥¤¥Ö¥é¥ê¡¼¤Ë¤¢¤ë¡¢°Û¤Ê¤ë14ǯʬ¤Î150¶è²è¤Î¥ï¥¤¥ó¤È¥Ö¥ì¥ó¥É¤Îµ»½Ñ¤òÁȤ߹ç¤ï¤»¡¢¥¯¥ê¥å¥Ã¥° ¥°¥é¥ó¥É¡¦¥¥å¥ô¥§¤ÎÀ¸»º¤È¡¢¤¹¤Ù¤Æ¤Î¥¯¥ê¥å¥Ã¥° ¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¡¼¥Ë¥å¤ÎÈþ¡¢É½¸½¡¢¥¨¥ì¥¬¥ó¥¹¤ò¼Â¸½¤¹¤ë¤Î¤ËɬÍפʻþ´Ö¤òÀäÂÐŪ¤Ëº½Å¤·¡¢ËèǯºÇ¹â¤Î¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¡¼¥Ë¥å¤ò¤¤ê¤¢¤²¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥¯¥ê¥å¥Ã¥° °ìÍ÷¤Ø ¥¯¥ê¥å¥Ã¥° ¥ô¥£¥ó¥Æ¡¼¥¸ 2008 ¥®¥Õ¥È¥Ü¥Ã¥¯¥¹ Krug Vintage ¥Õ¥é¥ó¥¹ ¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¥ó ¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¡¼¥Ë¥å 148,000 円

With time in the glass the wine gains richness as the flavors turn decidedly riper and almost tropical. Apricots, passion fruit and peaches emerge from this flashy, opulent Dom Perignon. The wine¡Çs volume makes it approachable today, but readers in search of more complexity will want to cellar this for at least a few years to allow for some of the baby fat to drop off. Geoffroy describes the vintage as very ripe and adds that some of the Chardonnay showed the ill-effects of the hot growing season in the somewhat burned, dehydrated fruit that came in that year. This bottle was disgorged in July, 2009. Finishes with great nutty length.(Vinous, November 1999) ¡ÖÍ£°ì̵Æó¡×À¤³¦ºÇ¹âÊö¤Î¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¡¼¥Ë¥å ¥µ¥í¥ó Salon Îò»Ë¤¬¹ï¤Þ¤ì¤¿¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¡¼¥Ë¥å¡¢¥µ¥í¥ó¡£ 1910ǯÂå¡¢¥æ¥¸¥§¡¼¥Ì¡á¥¨¥á¡¦¥µ¥í¥ó¤¬Ìܻؤ·¤¿¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¡¼¥Ë¥å¤Ï¡¢¥á¥Ë¥ë¡á¥·¥å¡¼¥ë¡á¥ª¥¸¥§¤È¤¤¤¦¤Ò¤È¤Ä¤Î°ÎÂç¤Ê¥Æ¥í¥ï¡¼¥ë¤Ç¼ý³Ï¤µ¤ì¤¿¡¢¥·¥ã¥ë¥É¥Í¤Î¤ß»ÈÍѤΥô¥£¥ó¥Æ¡¼¥¸¥ï¥¤¥ó¤Ç¤·¤¿¡£ ¤Þ¤µ¤ËÍ£°ì̵Æó¤È¤¤¤¦ÆÃħ¤Î¤â¤È¡¢Á¡ºÙ¤ÇÊ£»¨¤ÊÀ¤³¦ºÇ¹â¤Î¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¡¼¥Ë¥å¤òÌ´¸«¤¿¤Î¤Ç¤¹¡£ 20À¤µª¤òÄ̤¸¤ÆÀ½Â¤¤µ¤ì¤¿¥ß¥ì¥¸¥à¿ô¤¬¤ï¤º¤«37¤È¤¤¤¦¡¢¥ï¥¤¥ó¤ÎÀ¤³¦¤Ë¤È¤Ã¤Æ°ÛÎã¤ÎÀ½Â¤µÏ¿¤ò»Ä¤·¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥µ¥í¥ó °ìÍ÷¤Ø ¥µ¥í¥ó ¥Ö¥é¥ó ¥É ¥Ö¥é¥ó 1985 ¥Ö¥é¥ó¥É¥Ö¥é¥ó Salon Blanc de Blancs ¥Õ¥é¥ó¥¹ ¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¥ó ¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¡¼¥Ë¥å[¤Î¤³¤ê1ËÜ] 548,000 円

The wine explodes from the glass with an exotic, liqueur-like expression of rich, ripe fruit. Warm oxidative and honeyed tones add complexity as this large-scaled, dramatic Champagne opens up in the glass. This is an especially rich version of Contraste, most likely owing to the presence of 2003 juice. Ideally, Contraste is a wine best enjoyed at the dinner table, where its decidedly vinous qualities will be best appreciated. Going forward, Selosse has decided to vinify and age the Ay and Ambonnay parcels separately. It will be fascinating to see how those wines develop. They were highly promising when I last tasted them from barrel about a year ago. Sadly, Contraste is not available in the US, although I hope that will change soon, as I am one of the wine's biggest fans. Disgorged December 3, 2008.
