Concluding with a long, chalky finish, this is a charming but precise Grande Année that's more giving and demonstrative than its immediate predecessor, the 2012, but which attains a very similar level of quality in a more challenging vintage - testimony to the serious viticulture that underpins Bollinger's contemporary excellence.(The Wine Advocate, Mar 08, 2022) ¸Ø¤ê¹â¤ÅÁÅý¤ÈÂŶ¨¤òµö¤µ¤Ê¤¤¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¥ó¤¤ê ¥Ü¥é¥ó¥¸¥§ Bollinger ¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¡¼¥Ë¥å¥Ö¥é¥ó¥É¡Ö¥Ü¥é¥ó¥¸¥§¡×¤Ï¡¢1829ǯ¤Ë¥¸¥ã¥Ã¥¯¡¦¥Ü¥é¥ó¥¸¥§¤Ë¤è¤Ã¤Æ¡¢¥Ô¥Î¡¦¥Î¥ï¡¼¥ë¤ÎÀ»ÃϤȤâ¸Æ¤Ð¤ì¤ë¥¢¥¤Â¼¤ËÁÏΩ¤µ¤ì¤¿Ì¾Ì祷¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¡¼¥Ë¥å¡¦¥á¥¾¥ó¤Ç¤¹¡£ 178ha¤Î¼«¼ÒȪ¤òÍʤ·¡¢À¸»º¤ËɬÍפʥ֥ɥ¦¤ÎÌó60¡ó¤ò¤½¤Î¥°¥é¥ó¥¯¥ê¥å¤È¥×¥ë¥ß¥¨¥¯¥ê¥å¤ò¼ç¤È¤¹¤ë¼«¼ÒȪ¤«¤é¶¡µë¤·¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¤Þ¤¿¡¢¥ª¡¼¥¯Ã®¤Ë¤è¤ë°ì¼¡È¯¹Ú¤ä¡¢¥«¡¼¥ô¤Ç¤ÎĹ´ü½ÏÀ®¤Ê¤É¡¢ÅÁÅýÀ½Ë¡¤Ë¤è¤Ã¤Æ»Ù¤¨¤é¤ì¤¿ÉʼÁ¤Î¹â¤µ¤Ë¤è¤êÀ¤³¦Åª¤Ê̾À¼¤ò³ÎΩ¤·¡¢1884ǯ¤«¤éÅÓÀÚ¤ì¤ë¤³¤È¤Ê¤¯±Ñ¹ñ²¦¼¼¸æÍÑã¤òÇÒÌ¿¤¹¤ë´õ¾¯¤Ê¥á¥¾¥ó¤Î°ì¤Ä¤Ç¤¹¡£ ¥Ü¥é¥ó¥¸¥§°ì²¤Ë¤è¤ê¸½ºß¤â·Ñ¾µ¤µ¤ì¤ëÅÁÅý¤È¥¯¥é¥Õ¥È¥Þ¥ó¥·¥Ã¥×¤Ï¡¢¤½¤Î¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¡¼¥Ë¥å¤Î°ì´Ó¤·¤¿¥¹¥¿¥¤¥ë¤È¡¢ÂŶ¨¤Î¤Ê¤¤¹â¤¤ÉʼÁ¤Ë¸«»ö¤Ëɽ¸½¤µ¤ì¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥Ü¥é¥ó¥¸¥§ °ìÍ÷¤Ø

Almond in frangipane guise along with pistachio extract and rowan, iris and gentian reinforce an alluring illusion of sweetness as well as of complexly wafting perfume; and a faint, noble suggestion of mushroom lends unanticipated savor. Predictably for its vintage, this buoyant, transparent, polished bottling finishes with more nuances than one can find mineral descriptors for, but chalk, smoke and salt - while pretty obvious - allude at least imperfectly to a spellbindingly sustained sense of interactive and intriguing if illusive nuances all set within an infectiously juicy and mouthwateringly savory context. Chamomile and mint; almond and freshly milled grain; smoky black tea and bitter quinine inflect the scents and lusciously juicy abundance of white peach, apple, grapefruit and lime, for a performance as fascinatingly complex as it is compulsively seductive. Silken-textured and subtly but expansively effervescent, this coats and soothes even as it stimulates the palate. A marine amalgam of salt, alkali, and iodine lends intrigue and saliva inducement to a peacock's tail finish. As this takes on air, the smoky and bitter elements become more prominent; nutty and cereal elements transform into walnut oil and buckwheat; apple takes on faintly bruised skin pungency; and the combination of these dark shadings with persistent inner-mouth floral and herbal high-tones strike me as typifying Ay. This wine continued to dazzle with its complexity and sensuality for four days (at which point I could not resist the temptation to finish it off!) and I strongly suspect that its bottle evolution will be worth pursuing for at least a half dozen years.(The Wine Advocate, The Wine Advocate) 16À¤µª¤«¤é³¤¯¡¢ÅÁÅý¤¢¤ë¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¡¼¥Ë¥å¡¦¥á¥¾¥ó ¥Õ¥£¥ê¥Ý¥Ê Philipponnat 1522ǯ¤Ë¥¢¥ô¥ê¡¼¥ë¡¦¥ë¡¦¥Õ¥£¥ê¥Ý¥Ê¤¬¡¢¥¢¥¤Â¼¤È¥Ç¥£¥¸¥£Â¼¤Î´Ö¤Ë°ÌÃÖ¤¹¤ë¡Ö¥ë¡¦¥ì¥ª¥ó¡×¤È¸Æ¤Ð¤ì¤ë¾ì½ê¤ÇÉòƺȪ¤ò¹ØÆþ¡£ ¤½¤ì°ÊÍè¥Õ¥£¥ê¥Ý¥Ê²È¤Î»Ò¹¤¿¤Á¤ÏÂ塹¥¢¥¤Â¼¤Ë½»¤ß³¤±¡¢ÁÄÀ褫¤é¼õ¤±·Ñ¤¤¤Àµ»½Ñ¤òÃúÇ«¤Ë°ä¤·¤Æ¤¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ »Å»ö¤ÎÊ·°Ïµ¤¤Ï²ÈÄíŪ¤Ç¤¢¤ê¡¢³Æ¡¹¤¬¡¢¸ÄÀ¡¢½¨°ï¤µ¡¢´²ÍƤµ¡¢¸¬µõ¤µ¤Ç¤¢¤ë¥Õ¥£¥ê¥Ý¥Ê¼Ò¤Î²ÁÃʹѤò¼é¤ê¡¢¥ï¥¤¥ó¤ò¤¤Ã¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥Õ¥£¥ê¥Ý¥Ê¼Ò¤Ï¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¡¼¥Ë¥åÃÏÊý¤ÎÃæ¿´¤Ë¤¢¤ë¡¢¥¢¥¤Â¼¡¢¥Þ¥ë¥¤¥æ¡¦¥·¥å¡¼¥ë¡¦¥¢¥¤Â¼¡¢¥¢¥ô¥Í¼¤Î¥°¥é¥ó¡¦¥¯¥ê¥åµÚ¤Ó¡¢¥×¥ë¥ß¥¨¡¦¥¯¥ê¥å¤ò½êÍ¡£ ¼«Á³¤ÊºÏÇݤä¼êºî¶È¤Ç¤Î»¨ÁðÂкö¤äÇϤǤι̺î¤Ë¤è¤ê¡¢¿ôɴǯ³¤¯µ®½Å¤ÊÉòƺȪ¤ò¼é¤ê³¤±¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¤Þ¤¿¡¢ºÇÎɤΥ·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¥ó¤òÄ󶡤¹¤ë¤¿¤á¡¢ÅÁÅý¤ò²þ³×¤·¡¢ÉʼÁ¸þ¾å¤ËÄ©¤ß³¤±¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥Î¥ó¡¦¥ô¥£¥ó¥Æ¡¼¥¸¡¦¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¥ó¤Ë¤ª¤¤¤Æ¤Ï¡¢ÌÚî¤Ë½ÏÀ®¤µ¤ì¤¿Á°Ç¯¤Î¥Ö¥ì¥ó¥É¤ò3ʬ¤Î1¡¢¿·¤·¤¤Ç¯¤Î¥ê¥¶¡¼¥ô¥ï¥¤¥ó¤ò3ʬ¤Î2»ÈÍѤ¹¤ë¥½¥ì¥éÀ½Ë¡¤òºÎÍÑ¡£ ¤³¤ÎÀ½Ë¡¤Ë¤è¤ê¡¢¥Õ¥£¥ê¥Ý¥Ê¼Ò¤ÎÁ´¤Æ¤Î¥Î¥ó¡¦¥ô¥£¥ó¥Æ¡¼¥¸¡¦¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¥ó¤Ë¤ÏÁ϶ÈÅö½é¤«¤é¤Î¥ê¥¶¡¼¥ô¥ï¥¤¥ó¤â´Þ¤Þ¤ì¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥Î¥ó¡¦¥ô¥£¥ó¥Æ¡¼¥¸¡¦¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¥ó¤Î΢¥é¥Ù¥ë¤Ë¤Ï¡¢¥á¥¤¥ó¤Îǯ¡¢¥É¥µ¡¼¥¸¥å¡Êº½Åü¤ÎÎÌ¡Ë¡¢¥Ç¥´¥ë¥¸¥å¥Þ¥ó¡ÊÅÃÈ´¤¡Ë¤ÎÆüÉÕ¤òµºÜ¤·¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¤³¤ÎµºÜ¤òºÇ½é¤Ë¹Ô¤Ã¤¿¤Î¤¬¥Õ¥£¥ê¥Ý¥Ê¼Ò¤Ç¤¹¡£ ¥Õ¥£¥ê¥Ý¥Ê °ìÍ÷¤Ø

In 2011, Clos des Goisses is a touch lithe, but its balance is simply impeccable. In 2011, Clos des Goisses is, unusually, 100% Pinot Noir, taken from just four of the fourteen Goisses parcels, the result of some of the Chardonnay parcels being replanted and the Pinots having distinctly Chardonnay-like characteristics. Given the challenges of the year, I would not push my luck on aging. If there is one 2011 I would be willing to bet on, at least for the medium term, it is Clos des Goisses. Dosage is 4.5 liters per gram.(Vinous, November 2020) 16À¤µª¤«¤é³¤¯¡¢ÅÁÅý¤¢¤ë¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¡¼¥Ë¥å¡¦¥á¥¾¥ó ¥Õ¥£¥ê¥Ý¥Ê Philipponnat 1522ǯ¤Ë¥¢¥ô¥ê¡¼¥ë¡¦¥ë¡¦¥Õ¥£¥ê¥Ý¥Ê¤¬¡¢¥¢¥¤Â¼¤È¥Ç¥£¥¸¥£Â¼¤Î´Ö¤Ë°ÌÃÖ¤¹¤ë¡Ö¥ë¡¦¥ì¥ª¥ó¡×¤È¸Æ¤Ð¤ì¤ë¾ì½ê¤ÇÉòƺȪ¤ò¹ØÆþ¡£ ¤½¤ì°ÊÍè¥Õ¥£¥ê¥Ý¥Ê²È¤Î»Ò¹¤¿¤Á¤ÏÂ塹¥¢¥¤Â¼¤Ë½»¤ß³¤±¡¢ÁÄÀ褫¤é¼õ¤±·Ñ¤¤¤Àµ»½Ñ¤òÃúÇ«¤Ë°ä¤·¤Æ¤¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ »Å»ö¤ÎÊ·°Ïµ¤¤Ï²ÈÄíŪ¤Ç¤¢¤ê¡¢³Æ¡¹¤¬¡¢¸ÄÀ¡¢½¨°ï¤µ¡¢´²ÍƤµ¡¢¸¬µõ¤µ¤Ç¤¢¤ë¥Õ¥£¥ê¥Ý¥Ê¼Ò¤Î²ÁÃʹѤò¼é¤ê¡¢¥ï¥¤¥ó¤ò¤¤Ã¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥Õ¥£¥ê¥Ý¥Ê¼Ò¤Ï¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¡¼¥Ë¥åÃÏÊý¤ÎÃæ¿´¤Ë¤¢¤ë¡¢¥¢¥¤Â¼¡¢¥Þ¥ë¥¤¥æ¡¦¥·¥å¡¼¥ë¡¦¥¢¥¤Â¼¡¢¥¢¥ô¥Í¼¤Î¥°¥é¥ó¡¦¥¯¥ê¥åµÚ¤Ó¡¢¥×¥ë¥ß¥¨¡¦¥¯¥ê¥å¤ò½êÍ¡£ ¼«Á³¤ÊºÏÇݤä¼êºî¶È¤Ç¤Î»¨ÁðÂкö¤äÇϤǤι̺î¤Ë¤è¤ê¡¢¿ôɴǯ³¤¯µ®½Å¤ÊÉòƺȪ¤ò¼é¤ê³¤±¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¤Þ¤¿¡¢ºÇÎɤΥ·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¥ó¤òÄ󶡤¹¤ë¤¿¤á¡¢ÅÁÅý¤ò²þ³×¤·¡¢ÉʼÁ¸þ¾å¤ËÄ©¤ß³¤±¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥Î¥ó¡¦¥ô¥£¥ó¥Æ¡¼¥¸¡¦¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¥ó¤Ë¤ª¤¤¤Æ¤Ï¡¢ÌÚî¤Ë½ÏÀ®¤µ¤ì¤¿Á°Ç¯¤Î¥Ö¥ì¥ó¥É¤ò3ʬ¤Î1¡¢¿·¤·¤¤Ç¯¤Î¥ê¥¶¡¼¥ô¥ï¥¤¥ó¤ò3ʬ¤Î2»ÈÍѤ¹¤ë¥½¥ì¥éÀ½Ë¡¤òºÎÍÑ¡£ ¤³¤ÎÀ½Ë¡¤Ë¤è¤ê¡¢¥Õ¥£¥ê¥Ý¥Ê¼Ò¤ÎÁ´¤Æ¤Î¥Î¥ó¡¦¥ô¥£¥ó¥Æ¡¼¥¸¡¦¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¥ó¤Ë¤ÏÁ϶ÈÅö½é¤«¤é¤Î¥ê¥¶¡¼¥ô¥ï¥¤¥ó¤â´Þ¤Þ¤ì¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥Î¥ó¡¦¥ô¥£¥ó¥Æ¡¼¥¸¡¦¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¥ó¤Î΢¥é¥Ù¥ë¤Ë¤Ï¡¢¥á¥¤¥ó¤Îǯ¡¢¥É¥µ¡¼¥¸¥å¡Êº½Åü¤ÎÎÌ¡Ë¡¢¥Ç¥´¥ë¥¸¥å¥Þ¥ó¡ÊÅÃÈ´¤¡Ë¤ÎÆüÉÕ¤òµºÜ¤·¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¤³¤ÎµºÜ¤òºÇ½é¤Ë¹Ô¤Ã¤¿¤Î¤¬¥Õ¥£¥ê¥Ý¥Ê¼Ò¤Ç¤¹¡£ ¥Õ¥£¥ê¥Ý¥Ê °ìÍ÷¤Ø

Bursting with aromas of orange oil, confit citrus, yellow apple, toasted nuts and dried fruits, its full-bodied, layered and hugely concentrated, despite the pre-harvest rain that fell in the Côte de Blancs, with striking structure and intensity. It's full-bodied, tensile and searingly chalky, but this concentrated and intense wine's racy spine of acidity is beautifully integrated. This was the first blend Lécaillon presided over as a Roederer employee - three years before he was appointed chef des caves in 1999 - and it was clearly a harbinger of great things to come. Given the relative infrequency with which a vintage is ¡Èdeclared¡É by Krug, their ¡ÈCollection¡É bottlings represent the remnants of an already elite band. But this 1989 represents the first re-release from the only series of three consecutive vintage bottlings - 1988-1990 - in Krug¡Çs history. The mingling of saline, nutty, and caramelized notes in the nose - adumbrating this wine¡Çs entire performance - is gorgeous. Butter-toasted hazelnuts, dried wild mushrooms, kelp, and cocoa mingle in a silken, mouthwateringly saline and savory matrix reminiscent of oyster liquor laced with fresh lemon juice (because, there is still a youthfully citric store of energy here). This finishes with correspondingly pronounced umami and with tangy vibrancy of citrus and salt. After a day open, the nutty elements become more piquant and walnut-like, but the smoky hints of oxidation remain balanced by citric and mineral elements and positively integrated into a mysteriously diverse show. The palate becomes plusher (perhaps in part due to diminishing mousse) and creamy in an almost whipped-cream fashion, yet the long finish continues to offer uncanny refreshment. Certainly this can be safely held for at least a few more years and perhaps in an ideal cellar will ¡Èplateau¡É (or continue to).(The Wine Advocate, Nov 30, 2013) ¡Ö¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¥ó¤ÎÄ벦¡×°û¤à¤¿¤Ó¤Ë¤¢¤ëȯ¸«¤È¤¤é¤á¤¯´¶Æ° ¥¯¥ê¥å¥Ã¥° Krug 1843ǯ¤Ë¥è¥Ï¥ó¡á¥è¥¼¥Õ¡¦¥¯¥ê¥å¥Ã¥°¤Ë¤è¤Ã¤ÆÀßΩ¤µ¤ì¤¿Í³½ï¤¢¤ë¥á¥¾¥ó¤Ç¤¹¡£ ¥¯¥ê¥å¥Ã¥°¤Ï¤½¤Îǯ¤Î250¶è²è¤Î¥ï¥¤¥ó¤ÈËÄÂç¤Ê¥ê¥¶¡¼¥Ö¥ï¥¤¥ó¥é¥¤¥Ö¥é¥ê¡¼¤Ë¤¢¤ë¡¢°Û¤Ê¤ë14ǯʬ¤Î150¶è²è¤Î¥ï¥¤¥ó¤È¥Ö¥ì¥ó¥É¤Îµ»½Ñ¤òÁȤ߹ç¤ï¤»¡¢¥¯¥ê¥å¥Ã¥° ¥°¥é¥ó¥É¡¦¥¥å¥ô¥§¤ÎÀ¸»º¤È¡¢¤¹¤Ù¤Æ¤Î¥¯¥ê¥å¥Ã¥° ¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¡¼¥Ë¥å¤ÎÈþ¡¢É½¸½¡¢¥¨¥ì¥¬¥ó¥¹¤ò¼Â¸½¤¹¤ë¤Î¤ËɬÍפʻþ´Ö¤òÀäÂÐŪ¤Ëº½Å¤·¡¢ËèǯºÇ¹â¤Î¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¡¼¥Ë¥å¤ò¤¤ê¤¢¤²¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥¯¥ê¥å¥Ã¥° °ìÍ÷¤Ø

The wine explodes from the glass with an exotic, liqueur-like expression of rich, ripe fruit. Warm oxidative and honeyed tones add complexity as this large-scaled, dramatic Champagne opens up in the glass. This is an especially rich version of Contraste, most likely owing to the presence of 2003 juice. Ideally, Contraste is a wine best enjoyed at the dinner table, where its decidedly vinous qualities will be best appreciated. Going forward, Selosse has decided to vinify and age the Ay and Ambonnay parcels separately. It will be fascinating to see how those wines develop. They were highly promising when I last tasted them from barrel about a year ago. Sadly, Contraste is not available in the US, although I hope that will change soon, as I am one of the wine's biggest fans. Disgorged December 3, 2008.
