Unquestionably one of the vintages superstars, the 1995 Petrus is taking on a personality similar to the extraordinarily backward, muscular 1975. This is not a Petrus that can be approached in its youth (i.e., the perfect duo of 1989 and 1990). The wine exhibits an opaque ruby/purple color, followed by a knock-out nose of pain grille, jammy black fruits, and roasted coffee. On the palate, it possesses teeth-staining extract levels, massive body, and rich, sweet black fruits buttressed by powerful, noticeable tannin. A formidably endowed wine with layers of extract, this is a huge, tannic, monstrous-sized Petrus that will require a minimum of 10 years of cellaring. Forget all the nonsense about Merlot producing sweet, soft, ready to drink wines, because low yielding, old Merlot vines made in the way of Petrus and other top Pomerols frequently possess as much aging potential as any great Cabernet Sauvignon-based wine in the world. Look for the 1995 Petrus to last for 50+ years. Anticipated maturity: 2007-2050.(115, The Wine Advocate 23rd Feb 1998) À¤³¦ºÇ¹â¤Î¥á¥ë¥í ¥Ú¥È¥ê¥å¥¹ Petrus ¥Ý¥à¥í¡¼¥ëÃ϶è¤òÂåɽ¤¹¤ëºÇ¹âµé¥ï¥¤¥ó¡Ö¥Ú¥È¥ê¥å¥¹¡×¡£ Á´¤¯¤Î̵̾¤Î¾õÂÖ¤«¤é¡¢1889ǯ¤Î¥Ñ¥êÇîÍ÷²ñ¤Ç¶â¾Þ¤ò³ÍÆÀ¤·¡¢¤½¤Î̾À¼¤ò¹â¤á¤Æ¤¤¤¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ ÀĤ¤Ç´ÅÚ¤ò´Þ¤àÆÃÊ̤ÊÅÚ¾í¤Î¾®¤µ¤Ê11.5ha¤ÎȪ¤«¤é¡¢¤Û¤Ü¥á¥ë¥í100%¤Ç¡¢¸·³Ê¤Ê´ÉÍý¤Î¤â¤È¶Ë¸Â¤Þ¤ÇÃúÇ«¤Ë»Å¾å¤²¤é¤ì¤ë¤³¤È¤Ë¤è¤ê¡¢Âî±Û¤·¤¿ÉʼÁ¤ò¸Ø¤ë¥°¥é¥ó¡¦¥ô¥¡¥ó¤¬À¸¤ß½Ð¤µ¤ì¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥Ú¥È¥ê¥å¥¹°ìÍ÷¤Ø

Harvested from September 26 to October 6, the tannin/IPT levels were very high this year. The 2005 Latour is blended of 87% Cabernet Sauvignon, with the rest Merlot and Petit Verdot. It is the biggest surprise of this tasting - until now, the wine was relatively closed and broody, but today the wine is just starting to reveal its personality - and what a stunner! Medium to deep garnet-purple colored, it opens with provocative floral scents of roses and violets over a core of fresh blackcurrants, chocolate-covered cherries and black raspberries with hints of fertile loam, unsmoked cigars and black tea. Dark ruby/plum in color, with no amber or orange at the edge, the wine exhibits an abundance of roasted herbs, hot rocks, black currants, plum, and balsamic notes. Quite rich, medium to full-bodied and more complete, with sweeter tannins than La Mission Haut-Brion, this full-bodied Haut-Brion has hit full maturity, where it should stay for at least a decade. The 1995 seems to have sweeter tannin and a bit more fat and seamlessness when compared to the more structured and muscular 1996. Certainly 1995 was a vintage that the brilliant administrator Jean Delmas handled flawlessly. The result is a deep ruby/purple-colored wine with a tight but promising nose of burning wood embers intermixed with vanilla, spice box, earth, mineral, sweet cherry, black currant, plum-like fruit, medium to full body, a high level of ripe but sweet tannin, and a finish that goes on for a good 40-45 seconds. This is a stunner that can be approached already, but promises to be better in another 5-10 years and last at least 25 or more years.(219, The Wine Advocate, 29th Jun 2015) ¥Ü¥ë¥É¡¼¤ÎÊõÀÐ ¥·¥ã¥È¡¼ ¥Þ¥ë¥´¡¼ Chateau Margaux ¹á¤ê¤«¤é¸ýÅö¤¿¤ê¡¢Ì£¤ï¤¤¡¢¤½¤Î¤¹¤Ù¤Æ¤¬¥¨¥ì¥¬¥ó¥È¤ÇÁ¡ºÙ¤Ç¤¹¡£ 19À¤µª¸åȾ¤Î¥Ù¥ÈɤäÀ¤³¦¶²¹²¤Ê¤É¤Ë¤è¤ê¡¢°ì»þÉʼÁ¤òÍî¤È¤·¤Æ¤·¤Þ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¤¬¡¢1977ǯ¤Ë¥¢¥ó¥É¥ì¡¦¥á¥ó¥Ä¥§¥í¥×¥í¥¹¤¬½êͤ·¤Æ¤«¤é¤Ï¡¢¾ú¤³Ø¼Ô¥¨¥ß¡¼¥ë¡¦¥Ú¥¤¥Î¡¼¤ò¥³¥ó¥µ¥ë¥¿¥ó¥È¤È¤·¤Æ¾·¤¡¢¥Ö¥É¥¦¤ÎºÏÇÝÊýË¡¤äî¤Ë¤è¤ë½ÏÀ®¤Î¸«Ä¾¤·¤ò¹Ô¤¦¤Ê¤É¤Î²þ³×¤ò¹Ô¤¤¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ ¤½¤¦¤·¤ÆºÆ¤Ó̾À¼¤ò¼è¤êÌᤷ¡¢¥³¥ê¡¼¥Ì¤¬°ú¤·Ñ¤¤¤À¸å¤â¤µ¤é¤Ê¤ëÀ®Ä¹¤ò¿ë¤²¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥·¥ã¥È¡¼¤Ç¤Ï͵¡ºÏÇݤ¬ºÎÍѤµ¤ì¤Æ¤ª¤ê¡¢2012ǯ¤«¤é¥°¥é¥ó¥ô¥¡¥ó¤ÎȪ¤Ï¤¹¤Ù¤Æ¥Ó¥ª¥í¥¸¥Ã¥¯¤ÇºÏÇݤò¤·¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥·¥ã¥È¡¼ ¥Þ¥ë¥´¡¼ °ìÍ÷¤Ø

Full-bodied, broad and layered, it's deep and concentrated, its ample core of fruit only partially concealing a hefty payload of sweet, powdery, generously extracted tannin. Poyferré is generally the most flamboyant and demonstrative of the three Léovilles, but in 2020, it's chunkier, broader shouldered and more brooding than usual.(The Wine Advocate, Apr 07, 2023)

Deep garnet-purple in color, the wine needs a lot of swirling before it begins to release a whole complex melody of notes, one at a time to begin: tilled earth, followed by pronounced licorice, then crushed rocks, then the preserved plums. Eventually, it all comes together into a fascinating crescendo of intense crème de cassis, rose oil, wild blueberries and kirsch notes, giving way to quiet, persistent leitmotif scents of cinnamon stick, truffles and redcurrant jelly. The medium to full-bodied palate delivers all this and more, revealing tightly wound black fruit, red berry and exotic spice layers within a solid, wonderfully plush frame and seamless freshness, finishing with epic length and loads of earth and mineral sparks. This is a profound, highly intellectual, multilayered baby, which will require a good 7-8 years to begin to sing its incredible song, then should cellar a further 40 years at least. By way of reference, think 1989 with more restraint and even greater purity.(End of March 2021, The Wine Advocate, 1st Apr 2021) ¥°¥é¡¼¥ôÃ϶èÍ£°ì¤Î1µé ¥·¥ã¥È¡¼ ¥ª¡¼ ¥Ö¥ê¥ª¥ó Chateau Haut-Brion 5Â祷¥ã¥È¡¼¤ÎÃæ¤ÇÍ£°ì¥°¥é¡¼¥ôÃ϶褫¤é¥á¥É¥Ã¥¯1µé¤Ë³ÊÉÕ¤±¤µ¤ì¤Æ¤¤¤ë¥·¥ã¥È¡¼¡¦¥ª¡¼¡¦¥Ö¥ê¥ª¥ó¡£ ¥·¥ã¥È¡¼¤Ë¤Ï500ǯ°Ê¾å¤ÎÎò»Ë¤¬¤¢¤ê¡¢ÁϻϼԤǤ¢¤ë¥¸¥ã¥ó¡¦¥É¥¥¡¦¥Ý¥ó¥¿¥Ã¥¯°Ê¹ß¡¢¿ô¡¹¤Î¥ª¡¼¥Ê¡¼¤Î¼ê¤ËÅϤë¤Ê¤«¤Ç¡¢¥·¥ã¥È¡¼¤Ï¸Â¤ê¤Ê¤¤È¯Å¸¤ò¿ë¤²¤Æ¤¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ 1934ǯ¤Ë¥¢¥á¥ê¥«¤Î¥Ç¥£¥í¥ó²È¤¬½êͤ·¤Æ¤«¤é¤Ï¡¢ºÇÀèü¤Îµ»½Ñ¤¬ºÎÍѤµ¤ì¡¢¤è¤êÉʼÁ¤ò¹â¤á¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥¨¥ì¥¬¥ó¥È¤Ç¹á¤ê¹â¤¯¡¢½À¤é¤«¤ß¤¬¤¢¤ë¤¿¤á¡¢Â¾¤Î5Â祷¥ã¥È¡¼¤ËÈæ¤Ù¤Æ¿Æ¤·¤ß¤ä¤¹¤¤¥¹¥¿¥¤¥ë¤Ç¤¹¡£ ¥·¥ã¥È¡¼ ¥ª¡¼ ¥Ö¥ê¥ª¥ó °ìÍ÷¤Ø
