Deep garnet with hint of brick, the 2005 Mouton Rothschild is evolving into unabashed, flamboyant notes of Christmas cake, plum preserves, chocolate-covered cherries, eucalyptus and crème de cassis with beautifully fragrant wafts of potpourri, incense, Indian spices and cigar box. Full-bodied, the palate performs vinous pirouettes with dazzling exotic spice, floral and earthy nuances, framed by firm, grainy tannins and fantastic freshness, finishing very long and mineral laced.(Issue 245 End of October 2019, The Wine Advocate, 1st Nov 2019) ¿Í¡¹¤ò̥λ¤¹¤ë¥¢¡¼¥È¥é¥Ù¥ë ¥·¥ã¥È¡¼ ¥à¡¼¥È¥ó ¥í¡¼¥È¥·¥ë¥È Chateau Mouton Rothschild ¥à¡¼¥È¥ó¤Î¥¢¡¼¥È¥é¥Ù¥ë¤Ï¡¢1924ǯ¤Ë¥Õ¥£¥ê¥Ã¥×¡¦¥É¡¦¥í¥¹¥Á¥ã¥¤¥ë¥ÉÃ˼ߤ¬¥Ý¥¹¥¿¡¼²è²È¥¸¥ã¥ó¡¦¥«¥ë¥ê¥å¤Ë°ÍÍꤷ¤¿¤Î¤¬»Ï¤Þ¤ê¤Ç¤·¤¿¡£ ¤½¤Î¸å¡¢1945ǯ¤«¤é¤Ï¥¢¡¼¥È¥é¥Ù¥ë¤¬Ëèǯ´ë²è¤µ¤ì¤ë¤è¤¦¤Ë¤Ê¤ê¡¢¥·¥ã¥¬¡¼¥ë¡¢¥Ô¥«¥½¡¢¥À¥ê¤È¤¤¤Ã¤¿µð¾¢¥¢¡¼¥Æ¥£¥¹¥È¤òµ¯ÍÑ¡£ ¥à¡¼¥È¥ó¤ÎÂî±Û¤·¤¿ÉʼÁ¤â¤µ¤ë¤³¤È¤Ê¤¬¤é¡¢¤½¤Î¥é¥Ù¥ë¤ÎÍ¥¤ì¤¿·Ý½ÑÀ¤«¤é¡¢À¤³¦Ãæ¤Î¥ï¥¤¥ó°¦¹¥²È¤Ë¹â¤¤»Ù»ý¤ò¼õ¤±¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥·¥ã¥È¡¼ ¥à¡¼¥È¥ó ¥í¡¼¥È¥·¥ë¥È °ìÍ÷¤Ø

The 1994 appears to be the finest Mouton-Rothschild made following the 1986 and before the 1995's conception. The wine exhibits a dense, saturated purple color, followed by a classic Mouton nose of sweet black fruits intermingled with smoke, pain grillee, spice, and cedar. The 2006 Château Palmer was wonderful out of barrel ten years ago and now in bottle, it fulfills its promise with a stunning, precise bouquet of maraschino, iodine, cassis and tobacco scents that seem a few years younger than its Margaux peers. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannin that cloak its sweet core of cassis and blackcurrant fruit. This bottle reaffirmed my remarks from a few months ago albeit here within the context of all the other First Growth. I noticed that it has slightly more intensity than the Lafite-Rothschild, a touch of menthol infusing the black fruit, certainly more exotic than the Lafite or Mouton with that subtle hint of black olive. It has a gentle and caressing bouquet full of copious dark cherry and raspberry fruit, a touch of saddle leather and a seam of dark chocolate emanating from the oak regime, which needs more time to integrate (though it is not an Haut-Brion that is going to demand years and years in bottle). The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannin and feels gentle in the mouth. It is very well balanced, although perhaps the oak comes through too strongly on the finish, when frankly there is no need. Nevertheless, this is a classic Pessac-Léognan - maybe "mild mannered" and a little conservative compared to more ambitious recent vintages, yet there is no doubting its class and pedigree. Medium to full-bodied, velvety and polished, with a seamless, charming profile that exhibits no hard edges, it concludes with a nicely defined, spice-inflected finish. It's a superb exercise in haut couture winemaking, even if, to my palate, the 2019 offers a deeper dive into the estate's D.N.A.(The Wine Advocate, Apr 07, 2023) ¤·¤Ê¤ä¤«¤Ê¥Ý¥¤¥ä¥Ã¥¯¤Îµ®ÉØ¿Í ¥·¥ã¥È¡¼ ¥Ô¥·¥ç¥ó ¥é¥é¥ó¥É Chateau Pichon Lalande ¥Ô¥·¥ç¥ó¡¦¥é¥é¥ó¥É¤ÏËèǯ¤Î¤è¤¦¤Ë·æºî¤òÀ¸¤ß½Ð¤¹¡¢¥Ý¥¤¥ä¥Ã¥¯2µé¥·¥ã¥È¡¼¤Î¥È¥Ã¥×¥é¥ó¥Ê¡¼¤Ç¤¹¡£ 2007ǯ¤«¤é¥ë¥¤¡¦¥í¥Ç¥ì¡¼¥ë¤Î»±²¼¤ËÆþ¤ê¡¢¾ú¤ÀßÈ÷¤Ø¤ÎÅê»ñ¤ÈȪ¤Î¿¢¤¨Âؤ¨¤ò¿Ê¤á¤Æ¤¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ ¥Ý¥¤¥ä¥Ã¥¯¤Îµ®ÉؿͤȸƤФì¤ë¤³¤È¤«¤é¤â¡¢½÷ÀŪ¤Ç¥¨¥ì¥¬¥ó¥È¤Ê¥¹¥¿¥¤¥ë¤¬ÆÃħ¤Ç¤¹¡£ ¥·¥ã¥È¡¼ ¥Ô¥·¥ç¥ó ¥é¥é¥ó¥É °ìÍ÷¤Ø

Short, compact flavors now exhibit little of the rich, fruity, robustness exhibited in the mid-1970s. Anticipated maturity: Now. There is ample fruit here, well defined for the vintage with blackberry and cedar, this bottle demonstrating a subtle fungal character that I have not discerned in previous bottles. There are faint scents of rust iron piping that develop with further aeration. The palate is medium-bodied with slightly dry tannin, offering more fruit than the 2003 Valandraud it was paired with: feisty black pepper and allspice finish with a decent aftertaste. There might be better bottles than this, even so, there is probably not another Margaux that touches this First Growth. I see no harm in broaching bottles now and over the next ten years.
