There is bit more Pinot Noir than usual in this blend, whereas the produced quantity is relatively low. Due to strict selections, just the half of the normal quantity was produced.(The Wine Advocate, Jun 30, 2016) ·Ý½ÑŪ¤Ê¥¢¥Ã¥µ¥ó¥Ö¥é¡¼¥¸¥å¤¬À¸¤ß½Ð¤¹°ïÉÊ ¥É¥ó ¥Ú¥ê¥Ë¥è¥ó Dom Perignon À¤³¦¤ÇºÇ¤âÍ̾¤Ê¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¥ó¡Ô¥É¥ó¡¦¥Ú¥ê¥Ë¥è¥ó¡Õ¡£ ¥á¥¾¥ó¤Ï¹Âç¤Ê¼«¼ÒȪ¤ò½êͤ·¤Æ¤ª¤ê¡¢¥ª¡¼¥ô¥£¥ì¡¼¥ë¼¤È8¤Ä¤ÎÆõéȪ¤«¤éºÇÎɤΥ֥ɥ¦¤òÁªÄꤷ¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ³Æ¥ô¥£¥ó¥Æ¡¼¥¸¤Î¸ÄÀ¤ò¸«¶Ë¤á¡¢Æȼ«¤Î¥¢¥Ã¥µ¥ó¥Ö¥é¡¼¥¸¥å¤ò»Ü¤¹¤³¤È¤Ç¡¢Í¥¤ì¤¿ÉʼÁ¤ò¸Ø¤ë¥É¥ó¡¦¥Ú¥ê¥Ë¥è¥ó¤¬À䤨¤ºÀ¸¤ß½Ð¤µ¤ì¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥É¥ó ¥Ú¥ê¥Ë¥è¥ó °ìÍ÷¤Ø

That is, in essence, the nature of single-vintage, single-parcel Champagnes (in this case, two - Les Champboutons in Avize and Les Bionnes in Cramant); there is little blending of sites that can benefit of the finished wine in a challenging year. In fact, it is one of the finest recent Grande Dames I can remember tasting. Vibrant and tense, the 2012 exudes energy. At this stage, the natural richness of the 2012 vintage is hidden behind the wine's bright, salivating acids. Green apple, pear, mint and white pepper add a brilliant aromatic top register. I would cellar the 2012 for at least a few years, as it is nowhere near ready to drink.(Vinous, November 2020)

Medium to full-bodied, pillowy and charming, with an ample, enveloping core of fruit, succulent acids and a pretty pinpoint mousse, it concludes with a long, sapid finish.
