This wine reveals the sharp contours and etched character of the Cabernet Franc, especially with black licorice and black pepper. The results are linear and pure. Elegant fruit notes of blackberry and dark currant add to the thick layering of the wine. The blend is two-thirds Cabernet Sauvignon and one-third Cabernet Franc. Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2019 Maya slowly unfurls to reveal a firework display of redcurrant preserves, kirsch, boysenberries and wild blueberries, followed by iron ore, red roses, cardamom, fallen leaves and crushed rocks, with a waft of pencil shavings. This is a very different style from the grand vin (Calon-Ségur), but also very delicious.(The Wine Advocate, May 21, 2021) ¥»¥®¥å¡¼¥ë¸ô¼ß¤â°¦¤·¤¿¥·¥ã¥È¡¼ ¥·¥ã¥È¡¼ ¥«¥í¥ó ¥»¥®¥å¡¼¥ë Chateau Calon Segur ¥Ï¡¼¥È¥Þ¡¼¥¯¤Î¥é¥Ù¥ë¤Ç¤è¤¯ÃΤé¤ì¤Æ¤¤¤ëÆüËܤǤâ¿Íµ¤¤Î¹â¤¤¥·¥ã¥È¡¼¡£ ¥«¥í¥ó¡¦¥»¥®¥å¡¼¥ë¤ÎÍפϾú¤ÀÕǤ¼Ô¤Î¥ô¥¡¥ó¥µ¥ó¡¦¥ß¥ì¤Ç¤¹¡£ ¥Þ¥À¥à¡¦¥¬¥¯¥¹¥È¥ó¤Î»þÂå¤Ë»Ï¤Þ¤ê¡¢Êݸ±´ë¶È¡Ö¥·¥å¥é¥ô¥Ë¡¼¡×¤¬Çã¼ý¤·¤Æ¤«¤é¤â¡¢»ÙÇÛ¿Í¤Î¥í¡¼¥é¥ó¡¦¥Ç¥å¥Õ¥©¤Î²¼¤ÇÈबºÍǽ¤òȯ´ø¤·¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¾ú¤ÀßÈ÷¤Ë¤â½½Ê¬¤ÊÅê»ñ¤¬¹Ô¤ï¤ì¤Æ¤ª¤ê¡¢ÉʼÁ¤ò¤è¤ê³Î¤«¤Ê¤â¤Î¤Ë¤·¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥·¥ã¥È¡¼ ¥«¥í¥ó ¥»¥®¥å¡¼¥ë °ìÍ÷¤Ø

Seamless, layered and complete, its richer and deeper pitched than the 2019, and its notably high pH of 3.94 likely means it will never shut down. As it aerates, the fruit seems to take more of a back seat and the terroir comes through. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannin, very pure and elegant, iron fist/velvety glove and so forth. This is what a grand cru should be. Utterly seductive and captivating, its satin texture might lure you into opening a bottle too soon. Give it a decade to admire Rousseau at full flight. A startlingly dark, mouth-watering amalgam of purple plum paste, blackberry preserves, bitter chocolate, toasted walnut, soy, and raw beef intrigues the nose. On the palate, this cleaves to the dark side, with viscous, mouth-coating concentration of lightly-cooked black fruits, charred meat, mysterious forest floor complexity, and bitter-sweet florality, but simultaneously delivers a vibratory finish like that of the energetic Grands-Echezeaux. With its palpable extract, profound personality, and refined but abundant tannins, this is surely wine to set aside for at least a decade.(The Wine Advocate, Apr 30, 2007) ¥É¥á¡¼¥Ì ¥É ¥é ¥í¥Þ¥Í ¥³¥ó¥Æ¥£ °ìÍ÷¤Ø

It has a clean and precise bouquet - you could almost describe this as dainty, which I mean in a positive sense. The fruit is beautifully delineated, almost pastille-like with subtle floral scents emerging with time. The palate is fresh on the entry with supple red berries pierced by a fine line of acidity. No, it is not complex and it has lost a little substance in recent years, yet it is well balanced with sufficient depth and body on the tobacco and cedar-tinged finish. If you can put its status aside, it boils down to nothing more than a well-made, easygoing and refined Pauillac to drink now and over the next decade. It offers notes of roasted coffee, melted chocolate, figs and black cherry jam. There are some rustic tannins in the finish, but this expansive, rich Petrus displays far more intensity and complexity than most expected given the difficulties in Pomerol in 2003. It should be consumed over the next 4-6 years.(The Wine Advocate, Aug 28, 2014)

Dark ruby/plum in color, with no amber or orange at the edge, the wine exhibits an abundance of roasted herbs, hot rocks, black currants, plum, and balsamic notes. Quite rich, medium to full-bodied and more complete, with sweeter tannins than La Mission Haut-Brion, this full-bodied Haut-Brion has hit full maturity, where it should stay for at least a decade. Bravo! These are two great successes in this vintage that have aged well and surprised me by their intensity and overall complexity.(The Wine Advocate, Aug 28, 2014) ¥°¥é¡¼¥ôÃ϶èÍ£°ì¤Î1µé ¥·¥ã¥È¡¼ ¥ª¡¼ ¥Ö¥ê¥ª¥ó Chateau Haut-Brion 5Â祷¥ã¥È¡¼¤ÎÃæ¤ÇÍ£°ì¥°¥é¡¼¥ôÃ϶褫¤é¥á¥É¥Ã¥¯1µé¤Ë³ÊÉÕ¤±¤µ¤ì¤Æ¤¤¤ë¥·¥ã¥È¡¼¡¦¥ª¡¼¡¦¥Ö¥ê¥ª¥ó¡£ ¥·¥ã¥È¡¼¤Ë¤Ï500ǯ°Ê¾å¤ÎÎò»Ë¤¬¤¢¤ê¡¢ÁϻϼԤǤ¢¤ë¥¸¥ã¥ó¡¦¥É¥¥¡¦¥Ý¥ó¥¿¥Ã¥¯°Ê¹ß¡¢¿ô¡¹¤Î¥ª¡¼¥Ê¡¼¤Î¼ê¤ËÅϤë¤Ê¤«¤Ç¡¢¥·¥ã¥È¡¼¤Ï¸Â¤ê¤Ê¤¤È¯Å¸¤ò¿ë¤²¤Æ¤¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ 1934ǯ¤Ë¥¢¥á¥ê¥«¤Î¥Ç¥£¥í¥ó²È¤¬½êͤ·¤Æ¤«¤é¤Ï¡¢ºÇÀèü¤Îµ»½Ñ¤¬ºÎÍѤµ¤ì¡¢¤è¤êÉʼÁ¤ò¹â¤á¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥¨¥ì¥¬¥ó¥È¤Ç¹á¤ê¹â¤¯¡¢½À¤é¤«¤ß¤¬¤¢¤ë¤¿¤á¡¢Â¾¤Î5Â祷¥ã¥È¡¼¤ËÈæ¤Ù¤Æ¿Æ¤·¤ß¤ä¤¹¤¤¥¹¥¿¥¤¥ë¤Ç¤¹¡£ ¥·¥ã¥È¡¼ ¥ª¡¼ ¥Ö¥ê¥ª¥ó °ìÍ÷¤Ø

The bouquet is classic Pauillac with pencil shavings and sous-bois infusing the black fruit, masculine and a little aloof, yet focused and very well delineated. The palate is very well balanced with crisp blackberry and boysenberry fruit, spicier than I recollect, a crescendo of flavors so that it seems understated at first but fans out with a sense of confidence towards the finish. I think this still has more to give so cellar it away for another 5-8 years if you can, but otherwise this is an exemplary Lafite-Rothschild that I can envisage getting better and better in bottle, if not quite as enthralling as either Mouton-Rothschild or Château Margaux.
