The 1984, which is almost 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, will be one of the longest-lived wines of this vintage. The wine is full bodied, tannic, concentrated, and rich in extract. It should have a surprisingly long life. This is a considerable surprise in a generally poor vintage. Anticipated maturity: Now-2005. Oh yes, yes, yes. This 1999 Richebourg Grand Cru is a bit like a great athlete, one who really shows its class against stiff opposition, here in the form of 18 other Richebourg! It follows the same thread as the imperial 1999 La Tâche. It has been blessed with a sensational nose that boasts quite astonishing delineation and precision, fabulous mineralité. The aromatics are far more detailed and enthralling than the 2007 tasted alongside. The palate is beautifully structured, virtually symmetrical with filigree tannin, with a gentle crescendo in the mouth towards an effervescent finish with hints of orange peel. Scents of bitter-sweet floral perfume, citrus oils, white pepper, peat, and black fruit distillates pungently, almost aggressively fill the nose. The marrow and beef gelatin aspect of this Pinot is salient, but is allied on a palpably tannic palate with similarly impressive concentrated cooked black fruits, dark mushroom stock, forest floor, smoky Lapsang tea, and licorice. For grip and power, too, this surpasses its stable mates. But a glance back at the Romanee-St.-Vivant suggests that you can't have it all, and that this La Tache cannot approach that wine's finesse or quite equal its mystery. Still, I suspect this will be worth following for at least two decades.(The Wine Advocate, Dec 22, 2009) ¥É¥á¡¼¥Ì ¥É ¥é ¥í¥Þ¥Í ¥³¥ó¥Æ¥£ °ìÍ÷¤Ø

A glass-staining saturated opaque purple, it delivers an other-worldly perfume of smoke, lavender, mineral, scorched earth, and an amalgam of kinky black fruits. Voluptuous on the palate in a measured way, it has superb balance, layered, complex flavors, ripe tannin that is entirely covered by the fruit, and a decade of aging potential. The wine, a blend of 95% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Cabernet Franc, 2% Merlot, and 1% Malbec, possesses a dark ruby/purple color, followed by a generous, complex nose of lead pencil, toasty oak, violets, and black currants. In the mouth, there is a beautiful texture, soft, generous, low acid, full-bodied richness, and a stunningly proportioned, rich, intense finish. The influence of 18 months in new French oak casks gives the wine a subtle oaky note in addition to giving it excellent delineation. Because of the wine's softness and generosity, it can be drunk now as well as over the next 18-20 years.(The Wine Advocate, Dec 19, 1997) Í£°ì̵Æó¤Î¥Ü¥ë¥É¡¼¡¦¥Ö¥ì¥ó¥É ¥ª¡¼¥Ñ¥¹ ¥ï¥ó Opus One ÆüËܤǺǤâÃÎ̾Å٤ι⤤À֥磻¥ó¤Î1¤Ä¥Ê¥Ñ¤Î¥Ñ¥ï¡¼¤È¥Ü¥ë¥É¡¼¤Î¥¨¥ì¥¬¥ó¥¹¤òÈ÷¤¨¤ëÍ£°ì̵Æó¤Î¥Ü¥ë¥É¡¼¡¦¥Ö¥ì¥ó¥É¤ÎÀ֥磻¥ó¡£ ¥«¥ê¥Õ¥©¥ë¥Ë¥¢¤Î¥Ê¥Ñ¥ô¥¡¥ì¡¼¤«¤éÀ¸¤Þ¤ì¤ë¥ª¡¼¥Ñ¥¹¥ï¥ó¤Ï¡¢ÆüËܤǺǤâÃÎ̾Å٤ι⤤À֥磻¥ó¤Î1¤Ä¤Ç¤¹¡£ ¥Õ¥£¥ê¥Ã¥×¡¦¥É¡¦¥í¥¹¥Á¥ã¥¤¥ë¥ÉÃ˼ߤÎΨ¤¤¤ë¥Ü¥ë¥É¡¼¤Î¥Ð¥í¥ó¡¦¥Õ¥£¥ê¥Ã¥×¡¦¥É¡¦¥í¥¹¥Á¥ã¥¤¥ë¥É¤È¡¢¥Ê¥Ñ¥ô¥¡¥ì¡¼¤Î¥í¥Ð¡¼¥È¡¦¥â¥ó¥À¥ô¥£¤Î¥¸¥ç¥¤¥ó¥È¡¦¥ô¥§¥ó¥Á¥ã¡¼¤¬1978ǯ¤ËÀ¸¤Þ¤ì¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ ¥Õ¥£¥ê¥Ã¥×Ã˼ߤϡ¢¥Ü¥ë¥É¡¼¤Ë¸µµÍ¤á¤ò¹¤á¡¢¥·¥ã¥È¡¼¡¦¥à¡¼¥È¥ó¡¦¥í¡¼¥È¥·¥ë¥È¤ò1µé¤Ë¾º³Ê¤µ¤»¤¿ÅÁÀâŪ¤Ê¿Íʪ¤Ç¤¹¡£ ¥í¥Ð¡¼¥È¡¦¥â¥ó¥À¥ô¥£¤Ï1966ǯ¤Ë¥ï¥¤¥Ê¥ê¡¼¤òÁÏÀߤ·¤¿¡Ö¥«¥ê¥Õ¥©¥ë¥Ë¥¢¥ï¥¤¥ó¤ÎÉã¡×¤È¸Æ¤Ð¤ì¤ë¥ï¥¤¥ó¥á¡¼¥«¡¼¤Ç¤¹¡£ 2¿Í¤¬¥Ê¥Ñ¥ô¥¡¥ì¡¼¤ÎÉ÷Åڤȥܥë¥É¡¼¤Îµ»½Ñ¤ò¹ç¤ï¤»¤Æ¡¢À¤³¦¥¯¥é¥¹¤Î¥Ü¥ë¥É¡¼¥¿¥¤¥×¤Î¥ï¥¤¥ó¤ò¤¤í¤¦¤È¤·¤Æ»Ï¤Þ¤ê¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ ¥Ê¥Ñ¥ô¥¡¥ì¡¼¤ÎÀ»ÃϤȤâ¸À¤¨¤ë¥ª¡¼¥¯¥ô¥£¥ë¤ÎȪ¤«¤é¡¢¥«¥Ù¥ë¥Í¡¦¥½¡¼¥ô¥£¥Ë¥è¥ó¼çÂΤǤ¤é¤ì¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥«¥ê¥Õ¥©¥ë¥Ë¥¢¤Î¥«¥ë¥È¥ï¥¤¥ó¤Î¸µÁÄŪ¤Ê¸ºß¤Ç¤â¤¢¤ê¤Þ¤¹¡£ À¤³¦Åª¤Ê̾À¼¤ò°ìµ¤¤Ë³ÎΩ¥Ê¥Ñ¡¦¥ô¥¡¥ì¡¼¡¦¥ô¥£¥ó¥È¥Ê¡¼¥º¤¬1981ǯ¤Ë³«¤¤¤¿¥×¥ì¥ß¥¢¡¦¥Ê¥Ñ¥ô¥¡¥ì¡¼¡¦¥ª¡¼¥¯¥·¥ç¥ó¤Ç¡¢1¥±¡¼¥¹¤¬2Ëü4000¥É¥ë¤ÎµÏ¿Åª¤Ê¹âÃͤÇÍ¤µ¤ì¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ ¥Õ¥é¥ó¥¹¤È¥¢¥á¥ê¥«¤òÂåɽ¤¹¤ëÀ¸»º¼Ô¤¬¼ê¤òÁȤó¤À¥ï¥¤¥ó¤Î¥Ë¥å¡¼¥¹¤¬¶î¤±½ä¤ê¡¢À¤³¦Åª¤Ê̾À¼¤ò°ìµ¤¤Ë³ÎΩ¤·¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ 2001ǯ°Ê¹ß¥Þ¥¤¥±¥ë¡¦¥·¥é¡¼¥Á¤Î²¼¤Ç¤µ¤é¤ËÉʼÁ¸þ¾å¤·¤¿¥ª¡¼¥Ñ¥¹¥ï¥ó¤Ï¡¢ÆüËܹñÆâ¤Ï¤â¤Á¤í¤ó¡¢¥¢¥á¥ê¥«¡¢¥¤¥®¥ê¥¹¡¢¹á¹Á¤Ê¤É³Æ¹ñ¤ÎÀ±ÉÕ¤¥ì¥¹¥È¥é¥ó¤Ë¥ª¥ó¥ê¥¹¥È¤µ¤ì¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ À¤³¦Ãæ¤Î¥Õ¥¡¥ó¤ò̥λ¤·Â³¤±¤ë¥ª¡¼¥Ñ¥¹¥ï¥ó¥ª¡¼¥Ñ¥¹¥ï¥ó¤ÏÅö½é¡¢¥â¥ó¥À¥ô¥£Â¦¤Î¥Æ¥£¥à¡¦¥â¥ó¥À¥ô¥£¤È¥à¡¼¥È¥ó¦¤Î¥Ñ¥È¥ê¥Ã¥¯¡¦¥ì¥ª¥ó¤¬¼ê¤òÁȤó¤Ç¤¤Ã¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ ¥í¥Ð¡¼¥È¡¦¥â¥ó¥À¥ô¥£¤¬¥³¥ó¥¹¥Æ¥ì¡¼¥·¥ç¥ó¡¦¥Ö¥é¥ó¥º¤ËÇã¼ý¤µ¤ì¤¿2004ǯ¤«¤é¡¢¥ª¡¼¥Ñ¥¹¥ï¥ó¤ÏÆÈΩ¤·¤¿·Á¤Ç·Ð±Ä¤µ¤ì¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥à¡¼¥È¥ó¡¦¥í¡¼¥È¥·¥ë¥È¤Î°Õ¸«¤â»²¹Í¤Ë¤·¤Þ¤¹¤¬¡¢¸½ºß¤Ï¥Á¡¼¥Õ¥ï¥¤¥ó¥á¡¼¥«¡¼¤Î¥Þ¥¤¥±¥ë¡¦¥·¥é¡¼¥Á¤¬ºÇ½ª·èÃǤò¤·¤Þ¤¹¡£ Ãå¼Â¤ËÉʼÁ¤ò¸þ¾å¤µ¤»¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥°¥é¥ô¥£¥Æ¥£¡¦¥Õ¥í¡¼¤ä¸÷³Ø¼°Áª²Ìµ¡¤òƳÆþ¤·¡¢¥Ê¥Ñ¥ô¥¡¥ì¡¼¤ÎÎ϶¯¤¤²Ì¼ÂÌ£¤È¡¢¥Ü¥ë¥É¡¼Åª¤ÊÁ¡ºÙ¤µ¤ÎξÊý¤ò»ý¤Á¹ç¤ï¤»¤ë¥ï¥¤¥ó¤È¤·¤Æ¡¢À¤³¦Ãæ¤Î¥Õ¥¡¥ó¤ò̥λ¤·Â³¤±¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥ª¡¼¥Ñ¥¹ ¥ï¥ó °ìÍ÷¤Ø

On those bases, by the time the 2005 Único was released, it was highly anticipated. The wine is indeed big, powerful, concentrated and quite tannic, but it's also very good. However, it does not reach the finesse of the 2004. Curiously enough, the warmer years seem to have lower alcohol, and this, like 2009 and 2011, wears a 14% on the label. 2,391 magnums were filled in June 2011. Part of the wine matured in 20,000-liter oak casks, so it's not all barrique. This is the first time they used the vats, and based on the results, Sisseck thinks in the future Pingus will be around 50% in oak vats. The Pingus vines were planted in 1929 in two different sectors of the village of La Horra, Barroso and San Cristobal and contain some 2% other varieties. The vineyards are certified organic and biodynamic and are manicured like few vineyards in Spain. The wine is subtle and harmonious, elegant and insinuating, with all the components in very good balance. This is precise and pure; Sisseck is thorough and meticulous, and the wine shows that precision. This follows the line of the 2016, showing very well even if it was bottled only one month before I tasted it. 9,300 bottles were filled in August 2020.(The Wine Advocate, Jul 01, 2021)

I have watched the evolution of this wine with a close eye and am impressed by how its real quality is diametrically opposed to the poor expectations of this difficult vintage. The nose is redolent of bright fruit and blackberry. Spice, tar and leather appear subtly at the back. The wine took on considerable weight each year I came back to taste it and this vintage was bottled earlier than average, precisely to give it more time to unwind and relax in the small confines of the bottle. This is a solid effort for sure and the wine is a stunning example of what it takes to make great wine, even when weather conditions are not in your favor.(The Wine Advocate, Apr 28, 2017) ¸µÁÄ¥¹¡¼¥Ñ¡¼¥¿¥¹¥«¥ó ¥µ¥Ã¥·¥«¥¤¥¢ Sassicaia ¸µÁÄ¥¹¡¼¥Ñ¡¼¥¿¥¹¥«¥ó¤È¤·¤Æ̾¹â¤¤¥µ¥Ã¥·¥«¥¤¥¢¡£ ºÇ½é¤Ï¼«²ÈÍѥ磻¥ó¤È¤·¤Æ¤¤é¤ì¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤·¤¿¤¬¡¢Å·ºÍ¾ú¤²È¥¸¥ã¥³¥â¡¦¥¿¥¥¹¤Î¼ê¤Ë¤è¤ê¡¢¥È¥¹¥«¡¼¥Ê¤òÂåɽ¤¹¤ë¥ï¥¤¥ó¤Ø¤ÈÀ¸¤Þ¤ìÊѤï¤ê¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ ÅÚ¾í¤Ë¤ÏÀФ¬Â¿¤¯¡¢¤µ¤é¤Ë¡¢º½¤äÇ´ÅÚ¡¢Àг¥¼Á¤¬Æþ¤êÁȤó¤Ç¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥ß¥Í¥é¥ëʬ¤âËÉ٤ǡ¢¥«¥Ù¥ë¥Í¡¦¥½¡¼¥ô¥£¥Ë¥è¥ó¤ÎºÏÇݤ˺ÇŬ¤Ç¤¹¡£ ¥µ¥Ã¥·¥«¥¤¥¢ °ìÍ÷¤Ø

This is a vintage of enormous richness and density, and everything about the wine is taken up a notch or two (including the bottle glass weight and the 15% alcohol content). But Axel Heinz and his team are well prepared for the hot vintages like 2020, and changes to farming and canopy management ensure even ripening. This wine is always hard to analyze in its youth. It needs many more years to soften and flesh out. Give it time.(The Wine Advocate, Jun 01, 2023)

This exciting 30,000-bottle production will go to market in September 2023.(The Wine Advocate, Sep 22, 2023) ÃÏ°è¤Î¥ï¥¤¥ó¤Ë¡Ö¥¥ã¥ó¥Æ¥£¡×¤Î̾¤òÍ¿¤¨¤¿¤³¤È¤ÇÍ̾¤Ê¡¢14À¤µª¤«¤é¥ï¥¤¥ó¤¤ê¤ò¹Ô¤¦Îò»Ë¤¢¤ë̾Ìç ¥Þ¥Ã¥Ä¥§¥¤ Mazzei ¥Þ¥Ã¥Ä¥§¥¤²È¤Ï14À¤µª¤«¤é¥ï¥¤¥ó¤¤ê¤ò¹Ô¤¦Îò»Ë¤¢¤ë²È·Ï¤Ç¡¢¸½ºß¥Õ¥£¥ê¥Ã¥Ý¡¦¥Þ¥Ã¥Ä¥§¥¤»á¤È¥Õ¥é¥ó¥Á¥§¥¹¥³¡¦¥Þ¥Ã¥Ä¥§¥¤»á¤Î·»Ä郎24ÂåÌܤȤ·¤Æ·Ñ¾µ¤·¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¤Þ¤¿¡¢Èà¤é¤ÎÉã¥é¥Ý¡¦¥Þ¥Ã¥Ä¥§¥¤¤Ï¡¢20ǯ¤Ë¤ï¤¿¤ê¥¥ã¥ó¥Æ¥£¡¦¥¯¥é¥·¥³¶¨²ñ¤Î²ñŤò̳¤á¤¿¿Íʪ¤Ç¡¢¥¥ã¥ó¥Æ¥£¡¦¥¯¥é¥·¥³¤ÎÉʼÁ¸þ¾å¡¢¥¤¥á¡¼¥¸²þÁ±¤Ë¿Âç¤Ê¹×¸¥¤ò¤·¤¿¤³¤È¤ÇÃΤé¤ì¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥Þ¥Ã¥Ä¥§¥¤²È¤¬15À¤µª¤Ë¼èÆÀ¤·¤¿¡Ö¥«¥¹¥Æ¥Ã¥í¡¦¥Ç¥£¡¦¥Õ¥©¥ó¥Æ¥ë¡¼¥È¥ê¡×¤â¡¢¥Æ¥í¥ï¡¼¥ë¤Ë¹ç¤ï¤»¤¿¥¯¥í¡¼¥óÁªÊ̤äºÏÇݤò¿Ê¤á¤Æ¡¢ÅÁÅýŪ¤Ê¥¥¢¥ó¥Æ¥£¡¦¥¯¥é¥Ã¥·¥³¤òÀöÎý¤µ¤»¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ ¥Õ¥©¥ó¥Æ¥ë¡¼¥È¥ê¤¬Â¤¤ë¥ï¥¤¥ó¤ÏÀ¤³¦Åª¤Ë¹â¤¯É¾²Á¤µ¤ì¡¢2011ǯ¤Ë¤Ï¡Ö¥Õ¥©¥ó¥Æ¥ë¡¼¥È¥ê¡¦¥¥ã¥ó¥Æ¥£¡¦¥¯¥é¥·¥³¡×¤¬¥ï¥¤¥ó¥¹¥Ú¥¯¥Æ¡¼¥¿¡¼»ï¤ÎTOP100¤ËÁª½Ð¡£ ¤½¤Î¾¥¬¥ó¥Ù¥í¡¦¥í¥Ã¥½¤Ê¤É¿ô¡¹¤ÎɾÏÀ»ï¤äɾÏÀ²È¤«¤é¹âɾ²Á¤ò³ÍÆÀ¤·¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥Õ¥©¥ó¥Æ¥ë¡¼¥È¥ê¤Ë²Ã¤¨¡¢1997ǯ¤Ë¤Ï¥È¥¹¥«¡¼¥Ê¤Î¥Þ¥ì¥ó¥Þ¤Ë¡Ö¥Æ¥Ì¡¼¥¿ ¥Ç¥£ ¥Ù¥ë¥°¥¡¥ë¥É¡×¡¢2003ǯ¤Ë¤Ï¥·¥Á¥ê¥¢¤ÎÆîÅìÉô¤Ë¡Ö¥¸¥¾¥é¡×¤È¡¢2¤Ä¤Î¿·¤·¤¤¥ï¥¤¥Ê¥ê¡¼¤òÀßΩ¤·¡¢¤½¤ì¤¾¤ì¤Î¥Æ¥í¥ï¡¼¥ë¤È¥ß¥¯¥í¥¯¥ê¥Þ¤ËŬ¤·¤¿ÅÚÃåÉʼï¤ÎÆÃħ¤òɽ¸½¤·¤¿Ì¥ÎÏŪ¤Ê¥ï¥¤¥ó¤òÀ¸»º¤·¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥Þ¥Ã¥Ä¥§¥¤ °ìÍ÷¤Ø

The ideal is to underline the transparency and fragility of the variety. Fruit from the Olmo Vineyard plays a big role and ¡Ègives a strong imprint to this wine,¡É Bibi says. Testamatta offers fresh aromas of violet, rose, forest green and candied orange peel. Bibi says 2021 was generally warmer than 2020, but all three vintages - 2020, 2021 and 2022 - are considered hot. He is upbeat regarding 2023 thanks to all the rain. Testamatta shows an earthy note that gives this wine (with 120,000 bottles made) a slightly more accessible personality. The tannins are lightly managed and the oak framing is down to an elegant minimum. Bibi buys 1% new oak each year, and his oldest barrels date back to 2003. He does not pull leaves, and he employs methods that do not concentrate his fruit so he can safeguard the typicity of Sangiovese. Winemaking is as natural as possible. The beautiful results are classic and bright. He strives to keep alcohol contents below 13%.(The Wine Advocate, Jun 01, 2023) ÃÏ°è¤Î¥Æ¥í¥ï¡¼¥ë¤ò¸«»ö¤ËÈ¿±Ç¤·¤¿¡¢Í£°ì̵Æó¤Î·Ý½ÑºîÉÊ ¥Ó¡¼¥Ó¡¼ ¥°¥é¡¼¥Ä Bibi Graetz ¥¢¡¼¥Æ¥£¥¹¥Æ¥£¥Ã¥¯¤Ê¥é¥Ù¥ë¤È¥¤¥¿¥ê¥¢¥È¥Ã¥×¥¯¥é¥¹¤ÎÉʼÁ¤ÇÈó¾ï¤Ë¿Íµ¤¤Î¹â¤¤¥Ó¡¼¥Ó¡¼¡¦¥°¥é¡¼¥Ä¡£ ¥Õ¥£¥ì¥ó¥Ä¥§¤Î·Ý½Ñ°ì²È¤ËÀ¸¤Þ¤ì¤¿¥Ó¡¼¥Ó¡¼¡¦¥°¥é¡¼¥Ä¤Ï¡¢¼«²È¾ÃÈñÍѤΥ磻¥ó¤¤ê¤ò¼êÅÁ¤¤»Ï¤á¤¿¤³¤È¤¬¤¤Ã¤«¤±¤Ç¡¢·Ý½ÑºîÉʤȤ·¤Æ¥ï¥¤¥ó¤ò¼ê³Ý¤±¤ë¤è¤¦¤Ë¤Ê¤ê¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ Èà¤Î¸Î¶¿¤Ø¤Î¶¯¤¤»×¤¤¤È¤½¤ÎÆÈÁÏÀ¤Ë¤è¤Ã¤Æ¡¢ÃÏ°è¤Î¥Æ¥í¥ï¡¼¥ë¤ò¸«»ö¤ËÈ¿±Ç¤·¤¿¡¢Í£°ì̵Æó¤Î¥ï¥¤¥ó¤òÀ¸¤ß½Ð¤·Â³¤±¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¤½¤Î¤¿¤á¤Ë¼è¤êÆþ¤ì¤Æ¤¤¤ë¤Î¤¬¡¢225L¤Îî¤ò½ÄÃÖ¤¤Ë¤·¡¢¤½¤Î¤Þ¤Þȯ¹Ú¤µ¤»¤ëÀ½Ë¡¤Ç¤¹¡£ ¤³¤¦¤¹¤ë¤³¤È¤Ç¡¢¥Ö¥É¥¦¤Î²ÌÈé¤Ë¤Ä¤¤¤¿ÌîÀ¸¹ÚÊì¤ò»È¤¦¤¿¤á¡¢ÅÚÃϤ½¤Î¤â¤Î¤ò¥ï¥¤¥ó¤Ëɽ¸½¤¹¤ë¤³¤È¤¬½ÐÍè¤ë¤Î¤Ç¤¹¡£ ¤³¤Î°ìÉ÷ÊѤï¤Ã¤¿Ã®È¯¹Ú¤ÎÊýË¡¤¬Â礤ÊÀ®¸ù¤ò¼ý¤á¡¢¥Ó¡¼¥Ó¡¼¡¦¥°¥é¡¼¥Ä¤Î¥ï¥¤¥Ê¥ê¡¼¤ò¾Ýħ¤¹¤ë¼êË¡¤È¤Ê¤Ã¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ·¿Çˤê¤ÊÊýË¡¤ÇÀ¸¤ß½Ð¤µ¤ì¤ë¥ï¥¤¥ó¤Ï¡¢¥¤¥¿¥ê¥¢¤Î¥ï¥¤¥ó¥¬¥¤¥É¡¢¥ô¥§¥í¥Í¥Ã¥ê¤Ë¤ª¤¤¤Æ¥¤¥¿¥ê¥¢Á´ÅÚ¤Ç3°Ì¤È¤¤¤¦²÷µó¡£ ¤Þ¤¿À¤³¦ºÇÂç¤Î¥ï¥¤¥ó¸«Ëܻԡ֥ô¥£¥Í¥¯¥¹¥Ý¡×¤Ë¤ª¤¤¤Æ¡¢¥Ö¥é¥¤¥ó¥É¥Æ¥¤¥¹¥Æ¥£¥ó¥°¤ò¹Ô¤Ã¤¿Ìó3ËüËܤΥ磻¥ó¤ÎÃ椫¤éNO.1¤ËÁª¤Ð¤ì¤ë¤Ê¤É¡¢À¤³¦³Æ¹ñ¤Ç¹â¤¤É¾²Á¤òÆÀ³¤±¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥Ó¡¼¥Ó¡¼»á¤Î¸ÅÌڤؤΰ¦¾ð¤Ë¤è¤ê¡¢¼ç¤ËºÏÇݤ¹¤ë¤Î¤Ï¥È¥¹¥«¡¼¥Ê¤ÎÅÚÃåÉʼï¤Ç¤¢¤ë¥µ¥ó¥¸¥ç¥ô¥§¡¼¥¼¡¢¥«¥Ê¥¤¥ª¡¼¥í¡¢¥³¥í¥ê¡¼¥Î¡£ Ȫ¤Ï¡¢¥¥ã¥ó¥Æ¥£¡¦¥¯¥é¥·¥³¤ÎÃæ¿´Éô¤Ë¤¢¤ëɸ¹â600m¤È400m¤Î¥é¥â¡¼¥ì¤È¥â¥ó¥Æ¥Õ¥£¡¼¥ê¡¢¥Õ¥£¥ì¥ó¥Ä¥§¶á¹Ù¤Îɸ¹â280m¤Ë°ÌÃÖ¤¹¤ë¥ô¥£¥ó¥Á¥ê¥¢¡¼¥¿¡¢¥Õ¥£¥ì¥ó¥Ä¥§¤ÎË̦¡¢¥ë¥Õ¥£¥Ê·Ìë¤ËÌ̤¹¤ë¥í¥ó¥À¡¢¤½¤·¤Æ¥È¥¹¥«¡¼¥ÊÆîÉô¡¢É¸¹â250m¤Î¥·¥¨¥Ê¤Ê¤É¡¢¥È¥¹¥«¡¼¥Ê¤ÎÍÍ¡¹¤ÊÃÏ°è¤Ë°ÌÃÖ¤·¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥Ó¡¼¥Ó¡¼»á¤Ï¸Å¤¤¥Ö¥É¥¦Èª¤Ë̥뤵¤ì¡¢¤½¤ÎÁ¡ºÙ¤µ¡¢¥¨¥ì¥¬¥ó¥¹¡¢¤½¤·¤Æ¤½¤³¤«¤éÀ¸¤Þ¤ì¤ë²Ì¼Â¤Î½ã¿è¤µ¤Ë¼æ¤«¤ì¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ º£¤Ç¤Ï¡¢¥Ó¡¼¥Ó¡¼¡¦¥°¥é¡¼¥Ä¤¬¡¢¥È¥¹¥«¡¼¥Ê¤ÇºÇÂç¤Î¸ÅÌڤΥ֥ɥ¦Èª¤Î¥³¥ì¥¯¥·¥ç¥ó¤Î¤Ò¤È¤Ä¤ò½êͤ·¡¢º£¤â¡¢¤Ö¤É¤¦Èª¤Î¼êÆþ¤ì¤ò¼«¤é¹Ô¤¤¤Ê¤¬¤é¡¢¿·¤·¤¤¥ï¥¤¥ó¤òÀ¸¤ß½Ð¤·¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ͺÂç¤Ê·Ê¿§¤ò»ý¤ÄÈþ¤·¤¤Èª¤ÇºÏÇݤµ¤ì¤¿¡¢¡Æ¥¢¡¼¥Æ¥£¥¹¥È¡Æ¥Ó¡¼¥Ó¡¼¡¦¥°¥é¡¼¥Ä¤¬Â¤¤ê½Ð¤¹³Ú±à¤ÎÀ¤³¦¤ò¤ª³Ú¤·¤ß¤¯¤À¤µ¤¤¡£ ¥Ó¡¼¥Ó¡¼ ¥°¥é¡¼¥Ä °ìÍ÷¤Ø

Production of 2013 and 2014 was skipped, and the next vintage we shall see (very soon) is 2015, which is also reviewed in this report. This vintage produced large berry sizes for Sangiovese - something Bibi Graetz is always happy to see because it is an indicator of elegance and finesse within the context of the house style. If you consider this wine, his observation makes perfect sense. This warm vintage is powerful and rich in its natural state, so any additional berry density might easily lead to overextraction and heaviness. However, the mouthfeel is objectively thinner and more compact in this vintage. Colore represents a blend of Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Colorino in equal parts. The bouquet is redolent of wild berry, dried cherry and toasted spice. This vintage offers a very attractive mineral note as well. Fruit is selected from three of Bibi Graetz's favorite vineyards with ancient vines: Lamole (in Chianti Classico), Vincigliata and Siena. This vintage unfolds to exuberant richness and thick layers of blackberry and plum. The tannins are sweet and expertly crafted, adding both depth and fruit weight. The 2020 vintage is quite bold, and it plays its best cards in terms of texture and mouthfeel. It¡Çs a bigger, more accessible wine compared to the last two vintages on the market. In 2021, the blend is 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Carmenere and 5% Merlot (no Cabernet Franc this year). It has a ripe and heady nose, with 14.68% alcohol (15% on the label), mellow acidity and intense notes of red peppers, ripe blackberries and cassis and some spiciness from the oak. It matured for one year in French barriques, only 10% new and 90% second use. It has a little less structure and softer tannins, making it more approachable than previous years, a profile that seems to be the signature of the year. It's medium to full-bodied with velvety, more polished tannins, and it is more delicate and less concentrated, with more finesse. But I find these quite homogeneous and regular, this year with no raisins or dehydrated grapes, and in this vintage, it feels open and expressive. 80,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in January 2023.(The Wine Advocate, Sep 01, 2023)

Unusually, there is no Cabernet Franc in the blend this vintage, as it was affected by the wildfire smoke. Deep ruby-purple in color, it is shy to begin, taking time to reveal pure red plums, chocolate, graphite, green bell pepper and tobacco leaves.
