The 2002 Brut Rose explodes from the glass with endless layers of huge, voluptuous fruit, A big, full-bodied wine, the 2002 is probably the most overly vinous, intense Rose ever made by long-time Chef de Caves Richard Geoffroy. Layers of cool, insistent minerality balance the fruit beautifully on the crystalline, vivid finish. Full-bodied, rich and dense, with lively acids, it¡Çs more complex and incisive than the 2002 and exhibits similar power to the 2012 at this early stage. Despite what was a challenging growing season for some producers, this is a superb Salon with a long, resonant finish.(The Wine Advocate, Jun 09, 2023)

Absolutely stunning aromatics: pungent iodine, oyster shell, oatmeal, toasted wheat and bitter lemon. This smells like top-notch Chevalier-Montrachet from a great vintage. Broad and deep but also very fresh and bright, with suave, toasty citrus and smoke flavors accented by exotic spices. Bursting with aromas of mirabelle plum, crisp orchard fruit, fresh bread, vanilla pod and clear honey, it's full-bodied, vinous and enveloping, with a lavish core of fruit, bright acids and an enlivening pinpoint mousse. Concentrated and precise, Collin notes that he disgorges this cuvée with slightly higher levels of sulfites than its blanc de blancs counterparts to compensate for the inherent fragility of Pinot Noir.(The Wine Advocate, Sep 24, 2021) ¥»¥í¥¹¤Î·Ñ¾µ¼Ô¤¬Êü¤Ä¸¶ÀФ層 ¥æ¥ê¥¹ ¥³¥é¥ó Ulysse Collin ¡ÖºÏÇݾú¤²È¤ÎµðÀ±¡×¥¢¥ó¥»¥ë¥à¡¦¥»¥í¥¹¤Î4¿Í¤ÎÄï»Ò¤ÎÃæ¤Ç¡¢¤³¤Î¥á¥¾¥ó¤ÎÅö¼ç¥ª¥ê¥ô¥£¥¨¡¦¥³¥é¥ó¤Ï·Ã¤Þ¤ì¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ÃÏÀª¤ËÍ¥¤ì¤¿¥³¡¼¥È¡¦¥Ç¡¦¥»¥¶¥ó¥ÌÃ϶è¤ËȪ¤ò½êͤ·¤Æ¤¤¤ë¤«¤é¤Ç¤¹¡£ 2001ǯ¡¢¥»¥í¥¹¤È½Ð²ñ¤Ã¤ÆÌܤò³«¤«¤ì¡¢Âç¼ê¥Í¥´¥·¥¢¥ó¤ËÂߤ·¤Æ¤¤¤¿Èª¤ò¼è¤êÌᤷ¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ ¥³¥é¥ó¤¬Èª¤ÎºÏÇÝË¡¤ò͵¡Åª¤ÊÊý¸þ¤Ëž´¹¤·¤¿¤Î¤Ï2004ǯ¡£ ½üÁðºÞ¤ÏÇѻߤ·¡¢É¬Í׺ÇÄã¸Â¤ÎÌôÉʤÀ¤±¤ò»È¤¦¥ê¥å¥Ã¥È¡¦¥ì¥¾¥Í¤Ë¼è¤êÁȤó¤Ç¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ Ȫ¤Î²ÄǽÀ¤òõ¤ê³¤±¡¢¥«¡¼¥ô¤Ç¼Â¸³¤ò·«¤êÊÖ¤·¤Æ¤¤¤ë¥ª¥ê¥ô¥£¥¨¡¦¥³¥é¥ó¤Î¥·¥ã¥ó¥Ñ¡¼¥Ë¥å¤Ï¡¢¼¡¤Ë²¿¤¬½Ð¤Æ¤¯¤ë¤«Í½Â¬¤Ç¤¤Ê¤¤ÌÌÇò¤µ¤È¡¢¸½ºß¿Ê¹Ô·Á¤Î¥À¥¤¥Ê¥ß¥º¥à¤¬Ì¥ÎϤΥ᥾¥ó¤Ç¤¹¡£ ¥æ¥ê¥¹ ¥³¥é¥ó °ìÍ÷¤Ø

Full-bodied, round and enveloping, it's sapid and intense, with succulent acids and a pearly mousse. Medium to full-bodied, layered and vinous, it's satiny and textural, with an enveloping core of fruit, superb concentration and incisive acids. Chiseled and penetrating, it concludes with a long, saline finish. If the 2018 was immediate and demonstrative, this has structure to burn with age, charming though it is out of the gates, and I'm inclined to nominate it Bouchard's finest Val Vilaine to date.(The Wine Advocate, Sep 24, 2021)

Chouilly, Mesnil-sur-Oger, Verzenay and Bouzy) that was aged in French oak. This full-bodied wine shows outstanding depth in its ripe tropical fruit, honey and sweet toasted oak nuances. This is a wine that will appeal most to readers who enjoy a full-bodied style of Champagne, although I found it lacking some of the verve that characterizes the estate¡Çs best wines.
